Jesse came out at promised time and did not mind my overly friendly dog. Gave me an estimate and good explanation of needed repairs. He was here the next day and spent a solid day replacing door and opener, and made sure I had no questions. I could not be more pleased with his service.

I had to call Precision for a broken spring in our garage door. Marc the technician was one of the nicest and most professional people I’ve ever dealt with. He not only showed up in a timely manner, he also explained in great detail of the costs and options for our maintenance needs. Marc had our garage door back in service and functioning better than ever. I would definitely recommend Precision again and specifically ask for Marc in the future.

Great experience! Realized door broken at 10pm, saw great reviews online, easy to contact (a real person!) via chat at that hour who set us up for early morning appointment. Sweet Brandon here as promised - on time, had all necessary parts with him, everything fixed within an hour and a half with a 5-year warranty.

I appreciate you being able to come and fix my issue in a timely manner. Jessie Apolinar diagnosed and fixed my problem within 20 minutes. He was on time and had the part I needed on his truck. You installed my garage door opener system in November of 2021. This is the first issue I have experienced. It was caused by a lengthy power outage which caused the backup battery to run down. It had nothing to do with your garage door equipment. My sister recommended me to you when you fixed her garage door. Our entire family will continue to use your products and services. Thank you for your polite and speedy service!

I could not be more pleased with the service and quality of work from Precision. The technician James was so kind and explained everything to me prior to starting the work. He fixed everything in less than 2hrs too! He even helped me move back a very heavy table on wheels that we had already moved out of the way...and not only that he programmed the garage door opener in my car that had not been working either! Top notch! While noone wants their garage door to break and unfortunately mine did after hours on a Thurs night leaving me no choice but to cut the cables to secure my garage and house, I now know who to call if something like this happens again!

Jessie was early which means a lot in 'my book'. Very professional and efficient in fixing our garage door. He explained our long-term prognosis as the existing opener is 17 years old. I have used Precision before and this experience just means I will continue calling them.

One of our garage door openers stopped working and I was unable to figure out how to fix it so I called another garage door repair company. On the day of the appointment they didn't show up and I needed to leave for an appointment and told them I needed to cancel. I called Precision to schedule an appointment; they were able to come out later that same afternoon, Tom Lathrop took care of the problem quickly and was very professional, friendly and extraordinarily fair in what he charged. It was a great experience!

Very happy with Precision Garage Door. Mainly, they came out on a Sunday & fixed my broken garage door spring so that it worked again. The technician James was great. Communicated well & let me know in advance of his arrival which was at the earliest time of the window we'd been given. He was clear about what the problem was, what it would cost to repair, and what he'd do to fix it. Offered choices on things I could do maintenance on.
