Despite a delayed arrival and a rescheduling hiccup, the garage door technician, Marc, provided wonderful service. He was polite, professional, and ultimately resolved the issue with expertise. While punctuality could be improved (or gift a tardiness discount for services rendered), his exceptional demeanor and skill makes Precision Door worth considering for any garage door needs.

The repair man showed up a our house and immediately started complaining the the garage door was old and he didn't work on old doors. He was quite surly about it. The door works and needs some adjustments. That's why I called them. Then they charged us for a service call. I don't need repairmen like that. It was a no star experience.

Brian did a great job repairing our old garage door. He was knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem quickly. He replaced springs, cables and rollers. Door works great. Like the 3 year warranty on parts.

Garage door problems never happen at an easy time! We were on our way to an event when we couldn't open our door. I had seen Precision Door advertisements many times. After checking some reviews, we gave them a call. An appointment was made for that afternoon. We received excellent service by phone and in person. We are quite pleased with the service we received, and highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service.

My technician, Marc, was able to replace my garage door the same day. Marc did a great job; he was kind, courteous, and professional. Marc gets a five star rating from me!

Marc was friendly, professional and explained what he was going to do, what he did, what he recommended. I chose Precision because you installed my garage door a number of years back and have been very pleased with the door.

Brian fixed our garage door spring in less than an hour! He was professional, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciated that he called in advance with an ETA and arrived even earlier than originally requested (which was great because our only car was held hostage by the garage door that would not open). Brian explained the issue throughly and I immediately felt comfortable with the solution. He also recommended some additional repairs that didn't need immediate resolution - helpful to know! On top of that, Brian was a super friendly and interesting person... Fellow metal fan! I would definitely recommend Precision Door Service and will plan on calling them in the future!

When we realized that our garage door spring was broken, we called Precision Garage Door, because we have used them in the past, and were very happy with their service. Our technician ( Brian, I believe ) was very capable, and after looking over our old system, he ended up doing an overhaul rather than just replacing the broken spring. He was polite, and very knowledgable, and we are super happy with the end result.

Have seen the commercials for Precision Door Service for some time and when we had need to have our garage door opener repaired, they immediately came to mind. Originally scheduled an appointment for the next morning but received a call informing us of an appointment that afternoon and gladly accepted. James arrived in a timely manner, explained everything he found and proposed repairing, with estimates, in a manner that was easily understood. He was friendly, easily approachable, worked efficiently and neatly. Highly recommended.

Jessie was very polite and professional (shook my hand upon meeting and leaving which is rare these days). He serviced my garage door and explained where there was wear and tear and what to look out for with my old door. He took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions. I will definitely be referring Precision/Jessie to others. Thank you!

I found Precision online. It was during the evening hours when my spring on the door broke and there was someone who answered the phone immediately. I chose Precision because of the BBB rating and the quick response. Jesse did an excellent job making the repair. He was knowledgeable and skilled. I thought the price was a little high (hence the 4 stars), but sometimes it is worth it to get the job done quickly and correctly.

I called Precision and a representative answered my call, booked it for less than two hours later! Tom(tech) called 15 mins before the appointment time and showed up promptly at 10am, as scheduled. He inspected the issue and quoted me a price for the broken spring but found more issues than I called about but he showed me ossued, told me total cost and finished work in less than an hour. Excellent guy with a pleasant personality and excellent work. Service call made my garage door opener run like new, so smooth and quiet! Thank you Precision!!
