Have seen the commercials for Precision Door Service for some time and when we had need to have our garage door opener repaired, they immediately came to mind. Originally scheduled an appointment for the next morning but received a call informing us of an appointment that afternoon and gladly accepted. James arrived in a timely manner, explained everything he found and proposed repairing, with estimates, in a manner that was easily understood. He was friendly, easily approachable, worked efficiently and neatly. Highly recommended.

I found Precision online. It was during the evening hours when my spring on the door broke and there was someone who answered the phone immediately. I chose Precision because of the BBB rating and the quick response. Jesse did an excellent job making the repair. He was knowledgeable and skilled. I thought the price was a little high (hence the 4 stars), but sometimes it is worth it to get the job done quickly and correctly.

I called Precision and a representative answered my call, booked it for less than two hours later! Tom(tech) called 15 mins before the appointment time and showed up promptly at 10am, as scheduled. He inspected the issue and quoted me a price for the broken spring but found more issues than I called about but he showed me ossued, told me total cost and finished work in less than an hour. Excellent guy with a pleasant personality and excellent work. Service call made my garage door opener run like new, so smooth and quiet! Thank you Precision!!

Our garage door would close and then immediately reopen. It wasn't happening all of the time so I cleaned the sensor cameras and looked for anything else that could be blocking the path of the garage door. I missed something and couldn't get the door to function properly. We called Bill and he immediately scheduled a time early the next morning to come and check out the problem It turns out that a few loose cobwebs were blocking the sensor. Bill checked the garage door and sensors. Bill didn't charge us a dime for his time! Talk about customer service! He also gave us tips on other issues garage doors like ours can have which is always good to know. He is a wealth of information, friendly, professional and reliable. Our garage door crashed while closing and it was an emergency! We scheduled service, but then we were able to get the door down ourselves, and so we rescheduled for the next Monday. The office made all the scheduling and rescheduling VERY easy. Once the technician came, he was fabulous -- inspected and explained everything and had all the repairs completed in a short time. My garage door would not open. One of the springs that was inside a tube had broken. I replaced this setup with a stronger spring and had the rollers replaced with a sealed bearing type. The service was scheduled same day and arrived early. The service tech was very efficient and professional. Service was excellent!

The spring on my door broke one evening. I did a Google search and Precision had great reviews. I called them at 5:30 PM. Zac came out the next day to fix the problem. Although Zac was running slightly behind, Precision representatives called to inform me. Zac gave me options and an estimate before doing the work, and he completed the job in less than 90 minutes. Great service. I recommend.
