Marc was great. He told upfront what was needed for repairs in terms of the actual repairs and the cost. While there was some sticker shock. This was the first repair on our garage door ever. Had a repairman, Marc Hudson, out to our place within 24 hours - on a weekend even! Although only a spring broke, I decided to get the full tune-up and glad I did. The door moves up and down with a lot less noise, and I presume less effort. Marc was very pleasant and was happy to explain everything he was doing. I'm very pleased with the job Marc did.

Zac did a great job of assessing the issues quickly and presenting multiple options on how to proceed. The garage door itself needed an overhaul and the opener was struggling, so we opted to have it all done as it hadn't been serviced in at least 15 years. He completed the entire visit in about 2 hours total and everything is working great now, smooth and quiet.

Very responsive and professional business. Our garage door was repaired and fully operational less than 24 hours after it broke. Brandon came out early on a Saturday morning, quickly determined the problem and efficiently repaired it. He also surveyed the entire door for other possible maintenance needs. We agreed to replace the rollers and he was able to quickly replace those from the inventory in his vehicle. Very please with Precision and will contact again when the need arises.
