I’ve used this company about 18 months ago. And Tom was my technician then and today. He knew exactly how to replace the broken part with a much stronger one than the original one that came with the door. Tom came in the appt. window and quickly did his work. I definitely like this company and Tom and highly recommend them

Awesome service, and reasonable price. Repair guy not only fixed my broken door, he straightened the tracks and tightened bolts that were interfering with the door operation and replaced the rollers so the old metal door doesn’t sound like Armageddon when it opens. Have already recommended Precision to friends and coworkers.

It is so refreshing to meet a worker that knows customer service. The young man that came to my house, I think he said Mark, was so helpful and knowledgeable about what to do with my door. It shows that your company not only trains their employees the business of application but customer service. Some employees have a natural ability in customer service that you don't get in training, and that was this young man. He fulfilled all the qualifications for an excellent employee.

Have used you in the past with great results. Two broken springs and other parts left the door inoperable. Marc diagnosed the problem in minutes and completed the needed overhaul faster than I thought possible. Marc provided great customer service . Gave us options and kept us informed. This was our second repair by Precision (Tom Lathrop). The first was 2020, when another company botched a broken spring and cable replacement and after four visits garage door still wasn't working properly. Tom immediately diagnosed the problems and quickly made the necessary repairs. This time, a bracket holding a wheel on the track (25 year old door) had pulled loose from the door. In less than 30 minutes, Tom made the necessary repairs. Charges were very reasonable. I had originally selected Precision based on their great reviews. If I could give Tom Lathrop (and Precision) more than 5 stars, I would.

Excellent service. I have been using Precision for many years and each time I am impressed with the quality of service and immediate and courteous response. Brian is so professional and knowledgeable. I called Precision on a Saturday and Brian showed up at the end of the day and stayed late until the work was totally finished. He verified that the old garage door motor needed to be replaced. He had all the parts and installed it perfectly. I appreciate the friendly and very professional attitude of Brian.

Mark Hudson was at my home by 10am, put the door on its tracks and we discussed repair cost verses replacement cost. It made since to go with a new door and opener, they were installed on Thursday. Garrett was efficient, professional and very thorough in accomplishing the service needed. The door was racked.
