Then called again to say he was on his way and still made it during the window I was given. He continued to do a great job communicating as I was away from the house and had a house sitter staying here. Really appreciate the care and work that Jessie put in for us. We will be using Precision Door Service again! We had trouble with our garage doors absorbing water when it rains. Another garage door service company said the only way to fix it was to install new doors also at an exorbitant price. After calling Precision, Tom looked at our doors and came up with a solution to the problem that will give our doors a much longer life at a fraction of the cost to replace them. We very much appreciate Tom’s creative and honest approach, how he communicated with us and quickly made the repair, and all for such a reasonable cost. Thanks again, Tom for fixing our doors!

Marc was a good worker. But no help getting our Lexus 350 to link up with the opener. Said to go to YOU TUBE University.. The MyQ help is very frustrating and we still can't get the system to register with our car. I don't want to share my email with them. SO Why is it so hard?? In the past it was easy. Now it is a 2 hr. journey through the internet, registering and passwords etc. what a waste... and you never know if it is working until the end and then it says you are not.. WOW, so a big frustrating weekend trying to get it to sync up. Spent as much time as Marc did with the install and no help from Web site. Seems like Lift Master is a bit too cute on being hi tech without the basics of getting things done and helping the customer. WHY? Been on the website for 30 minutes and no HELP with Amber.... AI is not working.. Hope to hear from you on Monday. Paul O.
