Had a repairman, Marc Hudson, out to our place within 24 hours - on a weekend even! Although only a spring broke, I decided to get the full tune-up and glad I did. The door moves up and down with a lot less noise, and I presume less effort. Marc was very pleasant and was happy to explain everything he was doing. I'm very pleased with the job Marc did.

Our garage door would not open and I contacted Precision Garage Door due to the easy to navigate web site and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Marc Hudson arrived when promised and quickly addressed the problem and fixed the reversing sensor wires. Marc was very professional and friendly. I will be happy to use this company again and Marc in particular, Great Service!!

Zac did a great job of assessing the issues quickly and presenting multiple options on how to proceed. The garage door itself needed an overhaul and the opener was struggling, so we opted to have it all done as it hadn't been serviced in at least 15 years. He completed the entire visit in about 2 hours total and everything is working great now, smooth and quiet.

This is the second time I hve used Precision. I have been very pleased with the workmanship, attitude and work ethic of both of the techs who I have worked with. They explain clearly what is needed, what might be advisable and do not pressure for the :"upsell"

James was awesome. Arrived right on time, spent time educating me about how the door works. Took it apart and made recommendations on how to fix the broken spring and many other badly worn parts. Really grateful for the prompt response and great customer service.

Very responsive and professional business. Our garage door was repaired and fully operational less than 24 hours after it broke. Brandon came out early on a Saturday morning, quickly determined the problem and efficiently repaired it. He also surveyed the entire door for other possible maintenance needs. We agreed to replace the rollers and he was able to quickly replace those from the inventory in his vehicle. Very please with Precision and will contact again when the need arises.

Last night, my garage door spring broke at 7:45 PM. I called Precision15 minutes prior to their office closing and had an appointment set-up for 8:00 AM this morning. From start to finish, this was a world-class experience! Exceeded my expectations! Zac was extremely knowldgeable, professional, and efficient! Had my garage door back to full working order within an hour! He provided me with a short-term repair estimate, a more comprehensive "stable & safe" solution, and lastly, a more intensive long-term solution, with pricing. We discussed the pros and cons of each solution and I made my decision. Completely satisfied. Will use them again if the need ever arises. Thank you Zac, and thank you Precision!

Marc was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional. He took the extra time to explain how everything worked as he was replacing the broken spring and had a great attitude the whole time. His attention to detail was phenomenal and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to a friend. The whole process from calling for an estimate to having a working garage door was less than a few hours. Thanks Marc!

We were very relieved when Bill told us we only needed a garage door spring adjustment and not a new opener. Very impressed with his honesty and friendly manner. Bill explained very clearly what needed to be done and did not try to upsell us what we didn’t need.

My husband called Precision at almost 5:00 on a Thursday and they sent Marc out early the next afternoon. He arrived promptly and diagnosed the problem immediately. He communicated exactly what the problems were and how to resolve them and how much it would cost. He got right to work and finished it much sooner than I expected (1.5 hours). It works great now! Great guy, good business to work with!
