Install went well, I wish I could have seen a door and price sheet. Only got a verbal price, not seeing a price list was uncomfortable and made me feel like I did not get the best deal.

Garage door spring went and was able to easily schedule service for the next day. Zac was on time, professional and got the work completed in no time. Precision also does a standard inspection of your entire garage door to let you know of any other wear or potential issues.

All went very well! James was great and very professional. Was surprised to find he was able to come out shortly after I called. The young woman who took the order was also very friendly and proficient. Broken spring and rollers were replaced and the creaky groaning sounds are now gone. Precision did some work on this door several years ago so that's why I called them first. So refreshing to have something go this smoothly and quickly. Now......if I could only find an auto repair shop or mobile mechanic that would be this good that could fix my Mustang!

I looked on the internet for a garage door company. Precision came up with great reviews. When I called the person who answered was very helpful. Made an extra effort to get a technician here the next day. Brian contacted me to let me know he’d be a little late, but I was just happy that he was coming. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Explained the whole process and pricing. He checked everything and fixed what was necessary. Great company, great personnel. Thank you

Repair took place the day after it was requested. James was very professional and thorough in his assessment of the problem. He offered 3 different repair options. Work is guaranteed for 3 years. Very pleased with the whole process. Not easy to find professionals who take pride in their work. Thank you.

I looked at garage door repair sites online. This one had very good reviews, also they had pictures of the technicians. I had 12-2 appointment. My t5ech was Jesse, the job he was on before mine was complicated and he called to let me know before noon that he would need more time there. I appreciated the call. He called to let me know he was on his way. Jesse is polite and professional. Also he put up with my mischievous dog, who stole his gloves twice. The price was what I expected and garage door works great and is quiet! I would recommend Precision to everyone!
