When my garage door was stuck yesterday, Tom from Precision arrived quickly and was very helpful. He quickly assessed the problem, gave me a good overall view of what was broken and what it would need to fix it. I expected it to take a while. Donovan Wygant came to my house to replace a garage door opener I lost. He arrived in less than 30 minutes, provided me with a new opener which he programed for me and then put my ladder up. He was respectful, helpful and fast. I was so impressed with him I had him put a Precision Door Service sticker next to the opener on the wall so I would have the phone number handy to call the next time I need service. We choose Precision Garage Door Service again when we began to experience intermittent trouble with the opener. We’ve had service from Precision before when we had a door spring break. We are again very satisfied with the service. Garrett helped us understand what we were working with (a 26-year old unit, tracks, etc.) and what options we had to address the immediate issue as well as the longer range need. We are thrilled to have a new unit installed which we can rely upon and which has additional security and operational features. Tech came out within an hour after I called on a Monday morning. Diagnosed the problem right away. I had 2 issues one of which I was aware of and that was some stripped bolts on one of the roller brackets. He fixed that and also noticed the opener was not tracking correctly so he adjusted the opener. Every time I've used Precision they've responded quickly and efficiently. Very happy with their service.

This morning my wife returned from the garage and said she thought we had a problem since the garage door would go up a couple feet and reverse. We can't get the cars out if the garage door only goes up 2 feet. I tried to muscle it up further.I puled on the release chord. No way would it go higher, so I called Precision and they had someone out 3 hours later to replace the springs and bearings. The door works fine now. They also installed the garage door opener 3 years ago, and it still works like a charm.

One of the heavy coil springs failed suddenly, and we called Precision Garage Door for help. They arranged for one of their technicians to come out the next day. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with several options to improve door performance for our door which he said was in very good condition overall. His workmanship was excellent, and he had our door working perfectly in pretty short order!

I've used Precision before for repair of a garage spring replacement. When a spring broke recently, I again gave them a call, primarily because of the lifetime warranty on the previous replacement. However I would have called them because of the excellent service in the past. I am glad to say that I continue to be pleased with the service they provide. Technician Adam Orozco did a great job with replacing the springs and door rollers. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I could not ask for more. Precision will always be my go to for future garage door issues.
