Came out on a Sunday to fix a broken spring. I was so pleased with the service that I had them replace my 35 year old garage door. Excellent service, fair pricing and quick turn around. I couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Precision.

Theresa took my call and accommodated our request to have the garage door repaired today. She was able to fit me in pretty quickly. Tom arrived at 12:30, informed me of my options and costs and quickly got to work. Tom was personable, knowledgeable and clearly was skilled in problem solving. We were planning to replace our garage doors and planned on going with another company. Because of my consistently positive experience, you all have sealed the deal. Not impressed very expensive for a 20min service. Guy who came out took a total of 20minutes to do repair. Hard pressed me on coils replacement when I told him we had them replaced 1year and a half ago. When I handed him your website $15 off coupon he said that it doesn’t apply because that’s for parts when it clearly says $15 off garage door repair.

Friendly prompt same day service for garage door repair. We had a broken spring that was preventing the garage door from opening. Tyler pointed out some other broken and worn parts for repair. He was easy too work with and did a great job. The door opens smoothly and much quieter now.

Thank goodness!! The springs broke, I couldn't get my car in/out and was leaving the next day. James came out on a Sunday, and got in taken care of right away and helped me understand what he was doing. They showed up when they said they would, they came prepared. Although, I only needed a spring & cable replacement to get back up and running, I did opt for a complete hardware replacement; all moving parts, cables and springs... My garage door and all its hardware is/was 20 years old, I thought a wise decision to replace what I could, the door itself was fine, did not need to replace the door. Glad I did all the hardware replacement, super quiet now and greater piece of mind (warranty).

Zac was my Tech. I called because the previous owner of the unit I purchased has somehow ripped the emergency release handle out of the trolley and jammed back in to make it look like it was functional. The home inspector did not find that...but that is another story. I called Precision because they had a location very close to my address. They said they could come right over, but I was out of town so they worked around my schedule. Zac arrived when he said he would and had what we thought were the correct parts. Unfortunately it was the shorter model but he did go back to the store and get the correct one within 20 minutes. Zac was fast, friendly and knowledgeable about the product. He did a basic service on my garage door and pointed out some issues that may that to pop us since the door and opener are almost 10 years old, but no pressure to do it right then and there. When i need to have future service done on my garage door Precision will be the first people I call and I will ask for Zac to come and do the work.

Excellent Service, quick and thorough. We needed a new opener for our 20 year old one that died. The technician was very nice and not only installed the new opener but checked all other aspects (bolts,rollers,etc) of the door to ensure they were in best possible condition.
