Called in early afternoon and Jessie was there before 3pm to replace a broken spring. We decided it was time to replace our 29 year old opener too. Jessie was knowledgeable, courteous and professional.

It was the first cold morning of the year. Tried to open garage door but a spring had broken. I remembered the ads on tv and called Precision immediately. An appointment was setup for 10 o’clock. Jessie was there early and diagnosed the situation quickly. We were able to get the door up to get a car out so he would have a clear work area. He gave me the estimate and repaired the door quickly. Our garage door technician, Marc, was courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Our repair presented some challenges, but Marc persevered and got the job done. We now have a functioning garage door and peace of mind with the new garage door opener. He even helped us to program the new opener with my wife's car. One of the tension springs had broken on my garage door. Jessie was a pleasure to work with. He arrived promptly, was very knowledgeable and explained things as he went. The springs were replaced, a few other worn parts needed replaced as was discovered in his thorough inspection. All needed parts were on his truck. I am planning on replacing this entire door next year and will use Precision Door Service without a doubt.

My garage door spring broke, I called Precision. My technician was Jessie. He did a great job, was prompt, professional and courteous. He had it repaired and also looked at the other door and pointed out that the cable was frayed and could snap. He returned the next day and took care of that. I am very happy with the service Precision Overhead Garage Doors offered. The scheduling process was easy and they were able to come out right away. I also like the coupon that was offered although I forgot to use it. I recently purchased this house and the spring on our garage door broke. While it appeared to be working fine prior to this the 25 point inspection that was done at the beginning of the service call proved otherwise. It turns out it only had one spring as well as a bunch of low grade plastic parts that couldn't perform properly for the size of door. Marc and Jesse were able to quickly identify the issues and offered a few repair options that were very easy to understand. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and made me feel at ease making the decision to go with the "Best" option of replacing all the components so we'll have a longer garage door life. I highly recommend using this company for your garage door needs. Thank you for your help!

Excellent and very prompt service. Called at 10:00 in the morning after calling two other garage door firms that could not come for three or four days. The Precision operator offered that a technician could come by noon. Donovan called first at 11:45; arrived just before noon and was finished before 1:00. Very pleased.
