Very pleased with all aspects of the service. They quick to respond in an emergency situation. Deal, the technician analyzed the problem & the solution accurately and provided options. He was courteous, professional and fast. Our major problem with broken torsion springs and bearings was fixed within an hour.

I don't have Precision out very often because they do a great job every time. They have installed a new opener, serviced and repaired a very old door and replaced both springs. Springs have held up for many years. They repaired what I thought might not be repaired. They replaced rollers so the door is smooth and quiet. They give me information so that I can keep the door in good condition myself and they reprogrammed all of my remotes for me. Courteous,friendly and professional. Price is always reasonable. Often times no charge. Could not be better.

I had Precision repair my garage door in 2003 after a another company tried to fix it. Precision fixed it. Recently a had a spring break. I called Precision on Thurs. pm, made an appointment for sat. They followed up with an email telling me the sked. Sat at 800a got a call telling me they were a block away. Service was performed in 30 minutes. Price was very fair. I have told friends a neighbors about Precision. They are great and do what they say. DO USE THEM! ALSO, THEY DID A SAFETY ON BOTH THE DOORS. once again.

Jake was the technician who showed up to replace garage door opener. Very Professional! He did an outstanding job overall. Garage door opens and closes so quietly and smoothly. I would recommend Precision to all who visit their website. You get what you pay for and I am very pleased. Only regret is not having this completed a couple of years ago and dealing with the headache of non-fully functional door opener. Thanks Precision

I HAD A BUSY SUNDAY AND THE SPRING BROKE ON THE GARAGE DOOR. I DON'T KNOW HOW I FOUND PRECISION BUT YEARS AGO, THE FIRST TIME I NEEDED GARAGE DOOR HELP, I FOUND THEM. I HAVE HAD A STICKER WITH THEIR NUMBER NEXT TO MY OPENER SWITCH SINCE THEN. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES---SO, OF COURSE, I CALLED THEM. THEY CAME SUNDAY MORNING--HAD ME OUT OF MY GARAGE IN TIME FOR MY DAY. AND, NEXT TIME I NEED HELP I WILL CALL THEM AGAIN.

I have used Precision in the past for repairs and service. This time my service call was for preventive maintenance since the doors and openers had not been serviced for 6 years. Bill, the servicer, arrived on time when scheduled. He was friendly and affable. He was efficient in performing the services and explained all that he did and the reasons for the service. The charge was very reasonable. I was very pleased with the service provided by Precision. I will definitely continue using this company to service my garage doors and openers.

I originally found Precision in the Yellow Pages years ago when I wanted to install an automatic garage door opener. You have been servicing my garage door needs since. On this occasion an entire piece of spring had come off. Robert, the technician, recommended that all the mechanical parts for the door be replaced. He quoted me an estimate along with pointing out the five-year warranty. I agreed. He set to work and the job was completed in no time. I was impressed not only with the speed of the installation (I had a crowded schedule that day), but with the fact that he had everything needed with him to complete the job. Service technitian was very polite and competent. I found it odd that the spring was so expensive but that the service fee was so cheap. I had expected the torsion spring to be much less than what I was charged. Having watched the spring be replaced I think I would do it myslef next time.

I was stuck because my garage door was stuck courtesy of a broken spring. When I called Precision, they were super responsive and even had a same day time slot available. I couldn't make the same day but they were happy to accommodate on the next day. The technician called 20 minutes before he arrived and when he arrived was professional, conscientious, and fixed my door. I will use these folks again and recommend them.

Great experience. Garage door was fixed the same day we called. Robert was so polite and articulate. He was happy to explain to me (at great length) the work that needed to be done and even gave me advice on things we could do to make our older garage door last longer. Highly recommended. My appointment was for Monday morning but there was a scheduling conflict. Bill came over the day before which was a Sunday to do the repair. We really appreciated him coming over the day before rather than rescheduling for the following Wednesday. He was very professional and nice as always. Frankly there was a sticker in the garage near the light switch with your company name. This prompted my calling your organization. Bill came out and immediately impressed us with his honesty. I was tremendously pleased with the service I received from Precision. Our garage doors when out due to a lightning strike. Robert called to find out all the details. He obtained everything he needed to do the job and was able to complete all the work in two hours. I needed a minor adjustment on my garage door but it prevented the door from closing properly. I was impressed that the person answering the phone walked me through several steps over the phone to try and fix the problem so I wouldn't have to pay for service. As I live alone, they made every effort to fit me into their schedule as quickly as possible. After Bill made the adjustment to my opener, he stayed long enough to give it a minor tune-up to prevent future problems. All this for the trip charge. I was very pleased--have used Precision Door Service in the past and will continue to use them in the future.
