I have used Precision in the past for repairs and service. This time my service call was for preventive maintenance since the doors and openers had not been serviced for 6 years. Bill, the servicer, arrived on time when scheduled. He was friendly and affable. He was efficient in performing the services and explained all that he did and the reasons for the service. The charge was very reasonable. I was very pleased with the service provided by Precision. I will definitely continue using this company to service my garage doors and openers.

I was very impressed with the service I received from Precision Garage Door of Colorado. I was apprehensive about him coming because my husbsnd was not going to be home and sometimes some service people don't look too reputable. He came when he said he was coming, was very efficient, neat appearance and did a great job. He is a perfect representative for you company. Thank you for great service.

I originally found Precision in the Yellow Pages years ago when I wanted to install an automatic garage door opener. You have been servicing my garage door needs since. On this occasion an entire piece of spring had come off. Robert, the technician, recommended that all the mechanical parts for the door be replaced. He quoted me an estimate along with pointing out the five-year warranty. I agreed. He set to work and the job was completed in no time. I was impressed not only with the speed of the installation (I had a crowded schedule that day), but with the fact that he had everything needed with him to complete the job. Service technitian was very polite and competent. I found it odd that the spring was so expensive but that the service fee was so cheap. I had expected the torsion spring to be much less than what I was charged. Having watched the spring be replaced I think I would do it myslef next time.

I was stuck because my garage door was stuck courtesy of a broken spring. When I called Precision, they were super responsive and even had a same day time slot available. I couldn't make the same day but they were happy to accommodate on the next day. The technician called 20 minutes before he arrived and when he arrived was professional, conscientious, and fixed my door. I will use these folks again and recommend them.

Great experience. Garage door was fixed the same day we called. Robert was so polite and articulate. He was happy to explain to me (at great length) the work that needed to be done and even gave me advice on things we could do to make our older garage door last longer. Highly recommended. We really appreciated him coming over the day before rather than rescheduling for the following Wednesday. He was very professional and nice as always. I was tremendously pleased with the service I received from Precision. Our garage doors when out due to a lightning strike. Robert called to find out all the details. He obtained everything he needed to do the job and was able to complete all the work in two hours. I have been so impressed with your company. I have had to call twice with problems. Both times, the person answering the phone helped me trouble shoot the problem in the hopes I could fix it and save myself the cost of a service call. As I am a single woman and didn't want my garage door open all night, the service person came immediately (when I couldn't solve the problem), even though it was after work hours. The second problem required a bigger fix but my door was repaired quickly and for a reasonable price. Your servicemen have been courteous, kind and reliable.Thank you for your dependable service.
