I needed to have the springs replaced on a 22 year old garage door. Donovan, the technician couldn’t have been more polite and professional. He came in and gave me an estimate and then proceeded on with doing the work. There was no uncomfortable sales pitch involved but just giving me the facts to make a decision for myself. He did a great job. I like that they send a confirming email along with pictures of their technicians so that you feel more comfortable having them come into your house and do your garage repair. Such a good idea. I would recommend them 100%

Precision Garage Door service is exceptional without qualifications. The service provider was Bobby who examined our garage door with its noisy chain and rollers. I called Precision for a broken tension spring, and they had a technician at my house within 4 hours. The tech conducted a thorough inspection and found some additional problems that I was unaware of such as frayed cables and broken track wheels. He presented me with several options for repair and finished the work in under 90 minutes. The door works just like new. I would highly recommend these guys for garage door repair.
