I contacted Precision the day before Thanksgiving, and they were able to get a service tech out that morning. He had all the necessary parts to complete the repair in a timely manner. Service tech was very nice, polite and did an excellent job.

The spring on our garage door broke. Boom! Now what? Call Precision who we had used before with excellent results. I had my calendar ready when I called in. Called Precision because my former garage door company couldn't get it together to schedule servicing. Precision was very friendly and workable. Came out the next day. The serviceman, Bobby showed up on time. He was very professional, and gave me clear options to fix the door. He replaced my 25 year-old door opener, and took the time to explain the programing etc. Great experience

First, I was pleasantly surprised when someone answered the phone on Thanksgiving day. (One of the torsion springs had broken.) Then pleased that a technician could make repairs the next day. Zack arrived earlier than the time I had been give, evaluated the door, and gave me three options -- fully explaining each. I took the complete overhaul which Zack completed in a professional and timely manner. Door works great now. I am very pleased with the service I received from Zack and Precision Door.

Ben was very responsive and quickly returned our initial call to ask basic questions and to determine if we could fix the problem with our door opener over the phone. We could not. So Zac showed up early on his scheduled day and did a great job asking the right questions to evaluate our situation, diagnosing the problem, explaining our options and the pros/cons of each, then implementing the alternative we selected. Both gentlemen clearly knew their trade!

Consumers can trust the professional experience of a Precision technician. We had a problem with our noisy, heavy wood double-car door and the day we called requesting service, we had someone out that afternoon ! He was great ! He replaced broken hinges, tightened others, and lubricated our track; answered our questions about new doors, motors, tracks, hinges. Then, off he went. Our door is so quiet. we highly recommend Precision.

I called Precision for a broken tension spring, and they had a technician at my house within 4 hours. The tech conducted a thorough inspection and found some additional problems that I was unaware of such as frayed cables and broken track wheels. He presented me with several options for repair and finished the work in under 90 minutes. The door works just like new. I would highly recommend these guys for garage door repair.
