I used Precision because of their warranty. Precision installed this opener in June 2024 and it had a 3 year warranty. In April, 2026 it failed and I called, they came the next day and replaced a defective mother board. The warranty covered it 100%. Ihad figured the warranty would be pro-rated over 3 years but I was wrong. Now this is how to run a business. Take care of your customers and they will take care of you!

Called to provide his ETA, was exceptionally professional, got right to work, identified and fixed my issue! He was very thorough in his evaluation of our door, adjusted the other sensor to avoid another similar situation in the near future and reattached a piece of the weather stopping that was loose.
