I've been a long term Precision Door Customer. I'm a long term Denver native and I was a customer at another prominent garage door company in Denver And although I wasn't outright getting ripped off, there was plenty of room for improvement in their products and service. Moving to Precision has been a complete success. Although my contact with Precision is infrequent, when I do have a problem they treat me like I'm their only customer. Couldn't be better.

Zach did a great job of taking time to educate me on the basics of ideal garage door function emphasizing the stress placed on various parts of the system and how to prolong the life of its parts and reduce the frequency for repairs. This company tried to up charge a repair on Springs!!! To bad he didn’t know I maintenance the garage fire every 3-5 years with a tune up!!! Don’t tell me the rollers need replacing after 3 years! You cost me $55 trip charge but $800 in up charges NOPE buyer beware and I fell for the YouTube video about other repair companies!!! UGH

We had a door failure and Precision set a time to inspect. There were several wear items, frayed cables, and broken spring which Zac clearly showed me. These items were overlooked by a previous technician with another company. There was a very real danger of a serious occurrence, and we are very thankful for Zac and his considerable expertise.

I was so pleased with the help I received from Precision Door. Zack was so good. He was honest in his assessment of the problem. Unfortunately, the motor was dying. He helped me with trying to use the door a few times. Zack let me know what I needed to do.

Zach and Precision did a major fix in October, about 3 months ago. Today I woke up to find my garage door open, tilted and not working...I think my 16 year old had something to do with that. Anyway Ben the owner called personally told me this shouldn't wait, moved up my appointment and about an hour later Zack was here, made the repair, and as it was within the warranty period, I was not charged. Gotta love that kind of customer service that is so rare these days!

First, I was pleasantly surprised when someone answered the phone on Thanksgiving day. (One of the torsion springs had broken.) Then pleased that a technician could make repairs the next day. Zack arrived earlier than the time I had been give, evaluated the door, and gave me three options -- fully explaining each. I took the complete overhaul which Zack completed in a professional and timely manner. Door works great now. I am very pleased with the service I received from Zack and Precision Door.

I had two older openers that needed replaced. It started of very good and i was very happy until the end when the tech said it wasn't his or their job to help connect the internet, cars or the remotes. I was happy to pay $2400, but can't believe that's what the owners expect. I'm not going to give you a low score because doubt this is reflective of the company. The tech did rushingly help connect my phone.

This was the second repair I had done with precision. Zac is THE best, he takes the time to diagnose the problem and offer several solutions. I was ripped off by a competitor in 2016 ($983 for garage door springs only!). In the last two weeks I had a full garage door replacement on my house and called him back for a tune up on my Mother-in-laws garage door, pricing was very fair, service by Zac is second to none. I would highly recommend. A+++
