I had a broken spring. Zac came over, and was friendly, and did a great job. He also showed me why I needed both end and center bearings. I agreed, and also had him install rollers (I had already replaced 2). He was very professional, and fast. He also checked the hinges, and tightened some. The only part which I was disappointed in was when I called, the person who took the call, gave me a slightly different price. It would be nice if I could just get an estimate first! But I don't think anyone does this without charging for the service call. It ended up costing $850., but Zac also made sure that I got a few discounts. As I said-Zac was terrific. And, the garage door works great, and is actually quieter.

It is frustrating when the garage door breaks and your car is stuck inside. These folks were wonderful, professional and fixed it the same day. I'd call them again if I needed to.

My 30 year old garage door finally gave out so I called Precision and Zac came out to assess the situation. He gave me the facts about my old door and I decided to replace it. Zac helped me pick the door that fit my needs and we set up a time for him to come and replace the door. He called and asked if he could come earlier than the appointed time and arrived ready to go to work. Zac is a pro and went right to work. He finished the job in the amount of time that he estimated and everything was cleaned up including the old door and the rails and springs. I am completely satisfied with the new door and the the work involved in installing it. I highly recommend Precision and Zac. George Austin

Ben was very responsive and quickly returned our initial call to ask basic questions and to determine if we could fix the problem with our door opener over the phone. We could not. So Zac showed up early on his scheduled day and did a great job asking the right questions to evaluate our situation, diagnosing the problem, explaining our options and the pros/cons of each, then implementing the alternative we selected. Both gentlemen clearly knew their trade!

I like that Precision Door Service sends an email in advance, telling you who is going to arrive and even sending a photo of the technician. The service call price was reasonable. We have used your service prior to today’s call. I had made several calls to your competitors trying to get assistance with our non working garage door opener. My wife told me that we had used your service in the past and gave me your phone number. I called and was lucky enough to get a same day appointment. Within 1 hour your technician called me to discuss the issues. He said he could get to our house within 15 minutes. After driving out of the garage I couldn't close the door. After coming back an hour later, I tried to figure out what the problem was. I couldn,t find anything so looked up garage door repair on-line and found Precision listed with good ratings. Zac came out and looked it over and found the problem, it needed a new motor. He had brought with him the whole assembly which was like mine and had it installed in about an hour. I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. I could not believe it was done so quick. Also, the office staff was great in taking care of my needs so quickly and professionally.

First of all, it was a good idea to tell me ahead of time the name of your technician who would be coming to fix our garage door. That way, when the phone call came and Zach's name showed up on the screen, I knew it was him calling to let me know he was on his way. He was cordial and had the problem fixed very quickly. .

This was a total rip off. I was in a desperate situation with important morning meetings and, on the positive side, Precision booked me quickly. While booking the appointment, I was very clear to ask 3 times for an estimate. Even just a ball park estimate. My questions were deflected. Zac came out and assessed the situation. The top spring had broken. It was discussed that this 1992 garage door system was aging and that I really needed to replace several items. That surely made sense. What didn't make sense was the incredible over-pricing of the services. $885.00!!!! As we were wrapping up, I asked Zac if the company imposed a surcharge for this being an emergency. I was informed that emergencies were defined as middle of the night or Sunday's. When I got to work, I told my co-workers about it. They were like, "That happened to me last year. It was $169.00 - labor included!" So, I took it upon myself to call Castle Rock Garage Door companies and go through a detailed list of what was replaced. A & A Garage Door Repair said that the total cost for all items done by Precision would be under $400 and adamantly questioned me if I really wanted all of the replacements done. A second company gave me a quote of $169.00 for the actual broken spring. That's a whopping difference! I will be posting complaints with the BBB, Yelp and other online sources.

Don’t use these guys. They come out, overcharge, leave parts and leave your door worse than they found it. My spring was replaced but now the door gaps on the side, occasionally pops, and sometimes refuses to close going up over and over. I emailed and called to complain, nobody cares. I was told the owner would call, he didn’t, I’ve had the problems unresolved since February
