Called in the morning with a garage door problem and Zac was out within a few hours. Needed to totally fix everything related to door. Didn’t have all parts available but said he would have them later in afternoon. Returned about 4:30 with parts and worked on door until 7:00 (on a Friday night). Zac was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Precision for garage door needs.

The person on the chat service took over and helped me to calm down. She gave me all the information I needed for the next morning. Zach the repairman was there when they said he would be. Two things: First, I called Precision around 9:00 am with a broken chain on my garage door, and someone from Precision was at my house by 10:30 am the same morning. Second, Zac, the Precision technician, clearly explained what needed to be done and then completed the work within a couple of hours. The final amount of work was more extensive and the price tag more expensive than I had initially expected, but I feel confident the new system will provide years of trouble-free service.

I would HIGHLY recommend them. Phone customer service was excellent, very open with communication, upfront and honest. Got an appointment scheduled within 2 hours of calling. The tech, Zack, called me to ask if I was available earlier, which was great! He showed up, broke down my price points for my severely broken garage door. Showed me the parts that were broken or wearing down so I knew they were not trying to skimp more money out of me around. Everything was very clear between customer and tech. Zack was quick and efficient with his work and finished up with an hour and half; was like my garage door wasn't even broken. Also given that this is being repaired during the Covid Pandemic, I would like to note, he wore his mask the entire time - 97° weather, in my closed garage - stayed respectful of entering and exiting my house to grab parts. I think he made 2 trips through my house and that was all. Overall, if I could give the breakdown of stars, I would give 5 to customer service, 4 to price (but still very fair!) but 5+ to my tech! Excellent job ????

Absolutely exceptional and friendly service. I had a torsion spring snap on a Sunday evening and they were out here by Monday morning. Zac was courteous and engaging. I also appreciate the 2 options for repair (better/best). Masks were donned as well.

I'm a long term Denver native and I was a customer at another prominent garage door company in Denver And although I wasn't outright getting ripped off, there was plenty of room for improvement in their products and service. Moving to Precision has been a complete success. Although my contact with Precision is infrequent, when I do have a problem they treat me like I'm their only customer. Couldn't be better.
