The spring on my door broke one evening. I did a Google search and Precision had great reviews. I called them at 5:30 PM. Zac came out the next day to fix the problem. Although Zac was running slightly behind, Precision representatives called to inform me. Zac gave me options and an estimate before doing the work, and he completed the job in less than 90 minutes. Great service. I recommend.

Our garage door opener broke this morning. I contacted Precision and they had a technician scheduled to repair the door within 2 hours. Zac Bedard was able to repair and replace parts that had worn out from years of use, and he installed a new motor. The door now works well and the work was completed within four hours of my first call. He was knowledge and explained clearly what work was needed and why and readily answered questions. He is courteous and friendly. The staff at Precision Overhead Garage Doors did their job well. It was a pleasure to work with them.

We had a sagging chain on our 16 year old garage door opener. We chose Precision Garage Door because of their online reviews and longevity of their business. Our old garage door system was not working. We were unable to close the door. The safety eyes were out. The old system was 24 years old, so it was time to replace it. It was our first time using Precision. It was early morning on Monday. The garage door opener wouldn't open the door. I called Precision around 6:00am not expecting a person to answer the phone. A friendly young lady answered and was nice helpful. They dispatched Zac the technician to arrive between 8:00 am and 10:00am. Zac called me and arrived at 9:00am. He inspected the garage door and the opener and offer me 3 different options. He wasn't pushy; he was professional and explains the different options. He got the door working in excellent condition within 2 hours. I highly recommend Precision and Zac for any garage door work.

Garage door would only work intermittently. I called on Monday and the technician, Zac, was here at 8:30 am the following morning He was very friendly, knowlegeable and professional. Our old garage door came out of its tracks and separated into many pieces. A neighbor recommended PDS and a technician inspected the damage the next day. He found that the door panels were still good and proposed replacing the damaged and worn out parts instead of installing a new door. This would save a substantial amount of time and money. He finished the replacement the next morning to my complete satisfaction.

The spring on the garage door broke at 3:00pm today. I called and was given an appointment for tomorrow. At 3:15 pm Tom the manager called and said he noticed that my car was trapped inside he said he was going to try to get a technician out this afternoon. At 4:15 pm Zach arrived diagnosed the problem presented us with our options for repair and did the repair and had it completed by 6:00 pm. We were very impressed with Precision Garage Door especially with Tom for getting a technician out late in the afternoon and for Zach who was very professional and wonderful to work with. Garage door repair. Technicians were very responsible and great customer service. A little pricey but was well worth the piece of mind knowing it was repaired so it won’t fall again. I just wish they could have installed the new opener I purchased while they were here.

In short, I would call Zac the guru of garage doors! He diagnosed my problems (note problems plural) very quickly - the door and hardware is over 20 years old. And I was surprised he could repair my door on the spot. It took him less than 2 hours and all is working well. I highly recommend Zac and Precision.

We have a 1000 lb wooden garage door that had multiple issues and was stuck closed with my husband's car held "hostage" inside. We called Precision and Zac came out right away to evaluate. With his schedule tight, he still managed to get all the needed custom parts and show up in 24 hrs to install new parts-(springs, rollers, cables, etc) and free our car. We feel so fortunate that Zac was our technician. Zac is clearly knowledgeable, Intense about his work, skillful creative, professional reliable-and.. an all around really nice guy.
