Had a door opener installed. It was quickly and professionally done. Equipment is very nice. Only one problem, door does not completely close. There is a gap of about one inch when closed. I can manually push the door down to eliminate the gap but I think the door should close completely.

Zac Bedard was the technician who did the service. He arrived within the time window specified. Zac diagnosed the door opener as unable to remember the remotes anymore. He was upfront about how he could not fix my garage door opener on his first visit and what the options were for replacing our door opener. He did offer to come back later if he could which is rare to be offered. Instead, he came back the next day and did a complete inspection of the door, rails and cables as well as installed the new door opener. He showed us the highlights of the new opener and cleaned up so well it was as if he had not ever been here. Zac is friendly and knowledgeable and I would call for him again.

Zac did a great job of assessing the issues quickly and presenting multiple options on how to proceed. The garage door itself needed an overhaul and the opener was struggling, so we opted to have it all done as it hadn't been serviced in at least 15 years. He completed the entire visit in about 2 hours total and everything is working great now, smooth and quiet.

Last night, my garage door spring broke at 7:45 PM. I called Precision15 minutes prior to their office closing and had an appointment set-up for 8:00 AM this morning. From start to finish, this was a world-class experience! Exceeded my expectations! Zac was extremely knowldgeable, professional, and efficient! Had my garage door back to full working order within an hour! He provided me with a short-term repair estimate, a more comprehensive "stable & safe" solution, and lastly, a more intensive long-term solution, with pricing. I went with Precision because of seeing the TV ads and seen trucks in my neighborhood. Zac B came over to help with my broken door spring. He reviewed my situation and we both agreed the $$ better spent on a whole door replace. The following day Zac arrived and got to work. He got it all done within a few hours work, and no issues. The new door runs great and glad not to have my Frankenstein 20yr old garage door!

The spring on my door broke one evening. I did a Google search and Precision had great reviews. I called them at 5:30 PM. Zac came out the next day to fix the problem. Although Zac was running slightly behind, Precision representatives called to inform me. Zac gave me options and an estimate before doing the work, and he completed the job in less than 90 minutes. Great service. I recommend.

Getting my appointment online was easy the morning after our garage door spring broke! Very easy! I chatted online with a tech and set up the appointment with ease. An appointment window was available in one hour! I was excited! As the chat was ending, I asked, "approximately how much will this cost?" The answer came back "depending on the spring you need, it will be btw $200 and $289. I enthusiastically said, "Let's DO IT!" The technician came right on time and Zac was very pleasant, very professional and knew exactly how to replace our broken garage door springs. It was all finished in less that 45 minutes!! The zinger came when (at the beginning of the job) I was told that the job was going to cost $850!! One of our vehicles was stuck in the garage and I didn't want to then have to call someone else to come fix my door and give me another estimate. Could I have said, "Hell no!"? Yes. But I felt that I had been tricked. So I LOVE that our door is fixed, but the answer to my online chat question could have been a little more honest. I suspect the online tech knew exactly what he/she was doing. There's no way they thought I was asking how much a SPRING costs. They knew full-well that I was asking what the entire job was going to cost. Can you say, "OUCH!!!"?? :-(
