He obtained everything he needed to do the job and was able to complete all the work in two hours. Travis showed up between the agreed upon time of 10 AM - 12 PM. I needed a tuneup on my garage door opener. The rollers were no longer rolling, and the chain on the drive shaft was also experiencing issues. Travis explained to my wife and I our options. We decided to replace the rollers as well as the garage door opener. Travis completed the work in a timely manner, and was a professional in his interactions with my wife and I. First, Precision answered the phone... unlike many of the other companies who just send you to voicemail. Second, they came out the next day. They communicated well and were on time. They put in a nice, new door for less than the price quoted by my insurance adjuster, and they did it fast.
