Precision Door Service has rescued me from garage door malfunctions twice this year, and both times the experience was painless, prompt, and reasonable in cost. Both times the technician was polite, neat, and conscious of my pocketbook. The first time, Tom reseated my garage door tracks, and the second time he replaced a bad capacitor on my opener. When my now well-maintained old garage door mechanism finally buys the farm, I will be certain to purchase its replacement through Precision! Thanks for the excellent service!

Wasn't happy to have a broken garage door - but happy to find Precision online. I do not have a flexible or easy schedule to work with - and my door was fixed within 4 hours of calling Precision! I chose Precision because they had high reviews online. This is the first service call I've had to make on our new home, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Robert showed up early for my appointment, which was extremely helpful because my car was stuck. Our garage has a HUGE door that was falling off the tracks trying to get away from the wall, and he tackled it like it was any other job. Robert even gave me some tips on how to keep the door in better condition as well as how we should approach our eventual upgrade. There is no question that we'll be calling Precision for any and all future garage work! Thank you Precision!

I was very pleased with the promptness and professionalism displayed by my technician. We discussed the repairs that needed to be made, and he had all the equipment he needed on the truck with him. He even went above and beyond by replacing a burnt out bulb in my garage opener light! Overall excellent service and I will use again if needed.

Precision got me out of a jam at 8 o'clock in the evening when my garage door spring broke with 2 vehicles stuck in the garage. Travis had it fixed and working within 2 hours and my wife and daughter could go to work that next morning. Even made sure everything else was adjusted and working before he left. Great company and I would highly recommend them.

The work was excellent, garage door is working like new. Bob miss represented himself. I called two companies and Bob showed up first, I thought he was with the company that was going to show up at 8:AM the next morning and I asked Bob if he knew Richard by name he said yes, and he would call him to cancel the service call for the next morning. Very embarrassing when Richard from his competitor showed up. I felt lied to. The work was excellent and I had no problem going with the first company who showed up and would have called to cancel if I had the opportunity. I felt lied to.

Our garage door spring broke and a roller came off of the opposite side. Tom was very nice. He called to let me know he was on his way. My garage door fell off the tracks last night. I called this morning to see if I could get someone out for repairs. Within two hours, Bill met me at my house in Castle Pines. He had the door repaired, significantly better than before it came off the tracks, in about an hour. Price very reasonable. I am very happy with the service.

Tom was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. He arrived at my house within the time frame he said he would (nothing is worse than a late technician). Once he arrived, he assessed the problem, explained it clearly and concisely, and informed me he had the parts available with him to fix it. I was very happy with the prompt service. But I was disappointed that when I asked if he could help me get my car opener button (home link) to respond to the new opener, I was told that he couldn't help me. When you are over 65 years old and not computer literate, that is not a easy task. It would not have taken too long to help.
