we had a new garage door installed. We called and you sent out Robert to check our door out. He spent alot of time with me telling me all our options as to re hauling the door or a new one. We went with the new one and he was kind prompt and informative. He cleaned up and took all garbage and old door,etc. with him. He was a pleasure to have around and I learned so much from him. Travis was very professional and courteous in his explanation of what fixes were required for a smoother door operation and minor repairs. His style was not a hard sell but was very informative. I was referred to your company by my Son-in-Law, Mike Danner. I was informed by Bill when he got here that your company doesn't work on Overhead Garage Door Openers, however, he thought he would be able to fix it since he wouldn't need any parts. He was very kind and courteous, however, the door opener has broken again. I guess I will have to go to the expense of having the Overhead Garage Door people come out and fix it afterall.

Travis Scott called ahead of time and came within the window I was given when I arranged the appointment. He quickly assessed the problem and recommended the corrective action which involved not just cables but two new rollers. He gave me prices for approval and completed the work. I appreciated getting service the same day I called! I don't think we'll have any further issues with our garage doors for a long time. I would recommend that any call Precision Garage Doors.

This is the third or fourth time I have used Precision. As usual, he explained what the problem was and actually showed me the problem. He came out with in 2 hours of my call which was great as I could not get my car out. Since it was a significant problem and charge, he waved the service call charge.

My garage has had a few issues over the last year. It has been repaired twice by another company and the problem (not closing or opening properly) came back. I was never told that the type of spring system I had was outdated (Standard homebuilder unit--Wayne Dalton) and that I should replace it with something more current. Tom came out to my house for another fix and gave me a heads up that the fix was temporary and I should really consider a new system. I didn't blow off what he recommended, but, I also did not make it a priority. Well, he was right. The spring broke and I did need to get a new system. Tom came out again. Yet again, he was very professional, fast, personable and even called ahead to see if he could come early. WOW!!! Early never happens for repair service. Precision Garage Doors is the best!!!

I would use Precision Overhead Garage Door Service in a heartbeat! I researched the best overhead garage door service after the tension spring on one side of my garage door broke with a loud bang. Travis Scott arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and diagnosed the best fix for my situation within five minutes. I agreed to the fix and he had it all done within a half an hour. This is an excellent company with highly trained reputable technicians. A five year warranty is not something you see very many of in today's businesses. These people are Olympic Gold quality. I highly recommend them.
