Tom was very professional and competent. He diagnosed our problem and suggested two alternatives. He also gave us a part to replace a broken one on our machine. In the end, we decided to defer a purchase decision. But I was very pleased with the service, and would remember Precision when the opportunity arises.

Although the fix on my garage door problem was nothing more than a leaf in the sensor by the door, the technician fixed it and did do some routine maintenance while he was at my house. He was also informative about future issues and I appreciated that he did not try to inflate the price or repairs that were needed as with some other companies that I have out. Very professional. I will call this company for future problems first.......

My day started out a bit difficult with my garage door jamming when I tried to leave the house. I called Precision and they dispatched Rob to my house within a few hours. Rob evaluated my door problems and suggested a few paths I could take (everything from the "only what I absolutely must do" path to the "bring it completely back to new" path. I chose to bring both doors back to new with springs, cables, pulleys, rollers, etc. The difference was night and day! Rob did all the work faster than imaginable and the results were unbelievable - now, the only sound you can hear when my doors open and close are the openers! Quiet perfect operation without any odd movements or catches. I now understand the name of the company - Precision Garage Door. That is exactly what you will get after they perform their work!

Travis was great. First, he thoughtfully called to let me know he was running a little late. Upon arrival, he took the time to explain the pros and cons of each option. All of the necessary parts were in stock on his truck. The service took only about 40 minutes and the results were as promised. The garage door was updated and actually better than new. I would recommend Precision.

I was very pleased with my whole experience with Precision Garage Door Sevice. Travis was my technician and he was efficient, fast and very courteous. Precision Door was unable to deliver the appropriate Parts in order to replace the side Weather Stripping on the Garage Door and also the Weather Stripping at the bottom of the door.

Tom, Thanks for expressing your garage door needs. As we explained when we arrived to service your door, you have a door with a specific bottom retainer that is exclusive to the brand. Unfortunately to have that replaced you need to work directly with them as they will not enable Precision Door to purchase their parts. The side molding / weather stripping we can replace but it was decided by you that you would first research having the bottom retainer replaced by the original company and have them also replace the side molding. As we could not accommodate your needs we waived our service fee / trip charge and did not charge you any fees. If you have garage door problems in the future Precision Door hopes you will consider our service. Best regards, Bill

Called on Thursday, 10/4/12, for a broken spring on my garage door. By Friday morning Bill Nashwinter arrived to repair the spring. He did a complete inspection and found some other issues that needed attention, bearings and new roller wheels. He was very professional and did an outstanding job. Technician Travis Scott showed up on time,looking professional. He quickly did a thorough examination of our whole system. He then explained all of the issues he had uncovered, and the cost to repair each. I was pleased that he explained why certain repairs were more important to make promptly, while others could be postponed. No pressure or up-selling. He was obviously an expert with regard to each item. When the repairs to be made were agreed upon, Travis completed them quickly. Along the way, he also did a couple of extra small things (Travis has high standards for his work), for no charge. Great job, friendly, professional service, and a fair price that was fully explained beforehand. Couldn't ask for more. We confidently recommend Travis to others.
