Excellent job performed by Tom. Called in with a service need at 8am and was able to have job completely repared by 12:00. A few additional items were noted for needed service before future failure (bearings, wheels) and added to service repair for a reasonable price. Highly satisfied.

Beware this company they will quote one price then when they come out to your house try to charge triple the amount saying you need to place things that are not broken. It took him about 20 minutes to do the repair and my garage door only worked for two days after it was fixed. The technician complained about how far he had to drive to my house and how he was going to charge me more next time.

Regarding your concern that the tech was trying to overcharge you, let me explain. Our technicians are required to do a 25 point thorough safety inspection on the door and opener. Their job is to let you know the condition of your door and hardware so the technician can repair the door properly. Robert did his safety check, documented the results and concluded that your door has many old and worn out parts. The ultimate decision is yours and after explaining the problems you requested only partial service and repair, which Robert did. If the spring on your door failed then please let us replace it but we can only warranty parts we install and the safety of the door depends on the condition of all parts. Your sticker was on the wall beside the control box. We are fairly new to this area and had no idea who to call - the scheduler was able to fit us into an open spot and the technician came that day. excellent service - he had the parts and was able to fix the rollers quickly. The very next day we had the same problem and he came and diagnosed the problem as a circuit board. Tom was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely recommend your service

We were in real trouble with both of our cars stuck in our garage at 7:30 am with a broken spring on the double car garage door. I looked on the internet for a company advertising 24 hour service. Liked the looks of your site and called. In about 45 minuter a tech arrived and got our cars out of the garage. By mid afternoon the door springs were replaced and the door was working great. I actually had a fair amount of work done. I had the spring replaced. All of the rollers in the tracks on both sides were replaced, the gear mechanism on the main track was shot and had to be replaced and I had an outdoor remote installed. The installer was quite knowledgeable and did a good job at explaining the work which needed to be done. The service we received was top notch.
