Called last minute on a wed nite and got a call back first thing in AM. sent out a tech and the job was finished in 30min. Robert found the problem right away and as we spoke I know that another company might have tried to sell me a new opener for the problem was not apparent at first inspection, but with a little knowledge, he found the broken wire and was fixed in a flash...will and have recommended your company to all my neighbors and co-workers

I had Precision repair a spring on my garage about 4.5 year ago, the technician suggested I get the lifetime warranty. I bought the warranty and about 4.5 years later the spring broke again. I called Precision and told them what happened, they sent out Tom and he had it fixed and working again right away and there was no charge. It has been great doing business with Precision Garage Door Service.

I had Precision replace a broken spring about 4 years ago and was completely satisfied with the same day response and service provided. Recently the door had gotten out of adjustment to the point where a cable had come off the pulley with my vehicle stuck in the garage. It is a heavy insulated door and no way I could open it. I called Precision and Bill responded that morning sooner than expected. He fully explained the problem and the work he was performing, and had it working like new in a short time. As previously, it is obvious these folks know their business. Precision provides great service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

When I came home from work with a garage door that wouldn't go up, I wanted and needed a solution as quickly as possible. I went online and requested an appointment the next day. Rick was very helpful and conscientious as well as quick in fixing our binding and noisy door opener. He replaced bolts in the track with a better size and installed new wheels. And he stapled up our dangling wires. Nice, Neat, Quiet and smooth--like new

Our spring broke on Weds afternoon, the day before Thanksgiving, and I thought that I'd have to wait until Friday to get it repaired. With out of town guests visiting and needing to get the car in and out of the garage I was panicked! I called Precision fully expecting to be told I'd have to wait. But no! They sent a technician out within 2 hours and Robert was just awesome! While he did explain some additional maintenance items that should be taking care of, at no time did I feel "pressured" into spending the extra money now to have them done. I will use Precision in the future for any garage door work I need done and will recommend them to anyone else that needs work. You guys are fantastic!!

I accidentally backed into my garage door on a Saturday morning and trapped my vehicle in the garage. Tom was onsite within 35 minutes of my phone call to get the door operational and estimate the cost of a replacement. As soon as my insurance approved the repair, the work was scheduled and completed within 2 days. The day of the repair Tom was able to come out early and finish, and this was also during the holiday weekend. I could not have asked for a better professional to handle the work and I really appreciate how sensitive they were to the fact that the work needed to get done quickly because my personal belongings were not very secure. I will be calling back in a couple of years to replace the other garage door and thank you so much for your service.
