Very impressed with your company. Robert, I believe that was his name, arrived on time and called to let me know he was on his way. He analysed the problem and walked me through the problem and most of all why it happened. He fixed the problem and helped with a few preventive issues that will help with wear & tear. When I called to make the appointment the office person was very helpful and worked around my scheduled to set an appointment. I will make sure I recommend Precision when talking to family and friends.

Tom established very quickly what the problem was with our old garage door opener. Clearly explained the issue, what it would cost to replace the component and the pros and cons of parts replacement on such an old opener versus simply installing a new one. He did an excellent job installing the new opener, was efficient, cleaned up his work area and effectively explained the new components. Definitely recommend Tom and Precision.

Our garage door got out of level, and a cable came loose. Called a couple of other garage door companies to fix but was told it would be the next day. Called Precision at 9 am and by noon that same day, they had a serviceman out to repair. He was on time and had the door repaired within 15 minutes. Great Service...would absolutely recommend.

This company is the best!! My garage spring broke around 7:30 pm and my car was stuck in the garage and of course I needed it for work the next morning, oh and I forgot to mention that my husband was out of town at the time. Called last minute on a wed nite and got a call back first thing in AM. sent out a tech and the job was finished in 30min. Robert found the problem right away and as we spoke I know that another company might have tried to sell me a new opener for the problem was not apparent at first inspection, but with a little knowledge, he found the broken wire and was fixed in a flash...will and have recommended your company to all my neighbors and co-workers

I had Precision repair a spring on my garage about 4.5 year ago, the technician suggested I get the lifetime warranty. I bought the warranty and about 4.5 years later the spring broke again. I called Precision and told them what happened, they sent out Tom and he had it fixed and working again right away and there was no charge. It has been great doing business with Precision Garage Door Service.

I had Precision replace a broken spring about 4 years ago and was completely satisfied with the same day response and service provided. Recently the door had gotten out of adjustment to the point where a cable had come off the pulley with my vehicle stuck in the garage. It is a heavy insulated door and no way I could open it. I called Precision and Bill responded that morning sooner than expected. He fully explained the problem and the work he was performing, and had it working like new in a short time. As previously, it is obvious these folks know their business. Precision provides great service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

When I came home from work with a garage door that wouldn't go up, I wanted and needed a solution as quickly as possible. I went online and requested an appointment the next day. My door was mis-aligned, sensors out, and went up and down on its own. I thought for sure I was going to need a new garage door opener installed. The technician came out readjusted the sensors, reprogramed the outside touch pad and set up an additional opener. then he adjusted the upper springs. My garage door has never run so quietly and smoothly, not even when I moved in and the house was new. Thank you very much.The technician was very nice and polite. He arrived early to begin his work.
