Tom came out to look at our garage door because it would not open or close. We found out that there was nothing wrong with the door, it just had to be reset. Tom helped us reset the door, and didn't charge us anything for the service call. He was also friendly, courteous, and honest. Outstanding experience!

Precision was out to repair our garage door openers in December. I'm just now getting around to doing a review - Another company installed three doors with openers. The openers never worked right. The original installers came out two times to try to fix the problem - unsuccessfully. Precision came out and worked on all three doors. We haven't had another problem.
