Garage door repairs never come at an opportune time. Two days after being discharged from the hospital our springs broke and the door could not open. I called Precision and they responded quickly to make the repairs. The technician did a complete check of the door and made the necessary additional repairs and adjustments - thanks Precision!!

We would totally recommend this service. Unable to get our cars out, the repairman was here almost immediately, opened the door, gave us an estimate, and went to work. He replaced springs and rollers so the door is more quiet and works great!

Service was prompt and professional and garage door is working great. Technician replaced steel center bearing as well which was a bit of a surprise when I saw it on the invoice, but he explained why and again was very professional a completed the job efficiently. I had mentioned the online coupon when I placed my order, then forgot to inform the technician who performed the service, however when contacting the offices at Precision Door they were exceptionally courteous and helpful in getting the adjustment made quickly.

Most professional and knowledgeable. Repaired broken spring, bushings, then found out old opener was barely working. Installed new opener, so quiet. We are very satisfied. Would highly recommend to anyone needing repairs or installation!

I even called them the day after the installation and explained I forgot to use a coupon I had found on line and they credited my account. All in all, I couldn't be happier.

I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the employee that was at my house, but he was very honest and courteous. I assumed I would have to replace the door opener, but he stated that he could repair the chain and purchase of a new opener wasn't necessary at this time. 5 Stars.

Tom came to our house, listened to the explanation and fixed it in seconds. Just out of adjustment. And for that, there was no charge. I felt silly for not thinking of the adjustment but really appreciated the no charge. It seemed like a ol fashioned, small town attitude. I will call Precision for future repairs.

Robert was my service technician. From the first encounter to the end of job Robert was informative, courteous, and efficient. Rick performed the repairs on our garage door. I accidentally back into our door knocking it off track and bending the frame. The weather was very cold and the door would not close. I called Rick and he was able to complete most of the repairs that same day, allowing us to close the door. Rick did and excellent job and any issues with our door in the future Rick will be the one I call. Thanks for a great job Rick.
