Service was prompt and professional and garage door is working great. Technician replaced steel center bearing as well which was a bit of a surprise when I saw it on the invoice, but he explained why and again was very professional a completed the job efficiently. I had mentioned the online coupon when I placed my order, then forgot to inform the technician who performed the service, however when contacting the offices at Precision Door they were exceptionally courteous and helpful in getting the adjustment made quickly.

5 Stars for Precision! They were right on time for the appointment, took care of the installation vey quickly and were excellent to work with. I even called them the day after the installation and explained I forgot to use a coupon I had found on line and they credited my account. All in all, I couldn't be happier.

I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the employee that was at my house, but he was very honest and courteous. I assumed I would have to replace the door opener, but he stated that he could repair the chain and purchase of a new opener wasn't necessary at this time. 5 Stars.

Tom came to our house, listened to the explanation and fixed it in seconds. Just out of adjustment. And for that, there was no charge. I felt silly for not thinking of the adjustment but really appreciated the no charge. It seemed like a ol fashioned, small town attitude. I will call Precision for future repairs.

Rick performed the repairs on our garage door. I accidentally back into our door knocking it off track and bending the frame. The weather was very cold and the door would not close. I called Rick and he was able to complete most of the repairs that same day, allowing us to close the door. Precision is the best! Our garage door froze shut this winter and we couldn't use it. Since our driveway is so steep, I called and needed same day service.
