Tom came out to look at our garage door because it would not open or close. We found out that there was nothing wrong with the door, it just had to be reset. Tom helped us reset the door, and didn't charge us anything for the service call. He was also friendly, courteous, and honest. Outstanding experience!

Precision was out to repair our garage door openers in December. I'm just now getting around to doing a review - Another company installed three doors with openers. The openers never worked right. The original installers came out two times to try to fix the problem - unsuccessfully. Precision came out and worked on all three doors. We haven't had another problem. Professional excellent service. I highly recommend them!

Precision was able to come out within a matter of hours of calling them when we had a spring break first thing in the morning. The tech was great, went over everything he was doing, then did an inspection of the entire door and left system to make sure everything else was in working order. I couldn't be more pleased.

I purchased a Garage Door Service which included roller replacement, adjustment and fastener inspection/tightening through AAA. Tom arrived right on time after an en-route call, which allowed me to clear enough space for him to work. Tom got right to work and was finished before I realized. The work he did (door panel replacement) reflected a high level of experience and dedication. Garage door repairs never come at an opportune time. Two days after being discharged from the hospital our springs broke and the door could not open. I called Precision and they responded quickly to make the repairs. The technician did a complete check of the door and made the necessary additional repairs and adjustments - thanks Precision!!

We would totally recommend this service. Unable to get our cars out, the repairman was here almost immediately, opened the door, gave us an estimate, and went to work. He replaced springs and rollers so the door is more quiet and works great!

Technician replaced steel center bearing as well which was a bit of a surprise when I saw it on the invoice, but he explained why and again was very professional a completed the job efficiently. I had mentioned the online coupon when I placed my order, then forgot to inform the technician who performed the service, however when contacting the offices at Precision Door they were exceptionally courteous and helpful in getting the adjustment made quickly.
