Just as I had read before from another reviewer, Precision called me when they had a cancellation, so they were able to come a day earlier than the appointed date. Even the original appointment date was only a 2 day wait, but they literally came the day after I called them. The repaired the broken sprocket and looked over the entire garage door system and offered advice on future needs without being pushy. Couldn't ask for more. I highly recommend them.

I was so happy that we could have our garage door fixed the day I called. Rick Jones was my technician, and he showed up shortly after my initial phone call. After reviewing the garage door mechanics, he told me what should be replaced and what was still functioning well. He fixed everything we agreed on, and was done so quickly I could hardly believe it. Robert came out to help us this on both days. Some construction workers removing drywall broke some of the sensor wireing so he was able to get it fixed. Two days later as they were installing the new drywall they messed it up some more. Robert cut into his schedule and installed new wiring and sensers and we kept the drywall guys away from them. Robert is very good at his work and a great guy. 5 Star rating.

The technician Tom tuned and lubed my garage door as well as replacing the rollers with new, much quieter nylon ones. He was friendly and professional. My friendly but noisy dog didn't even bark at him. Best of all, the work was done quickly. Tom gets 5 stars from me.

I was very pleased with the technicians professional demeanor, the advance call, and the promptness of service. I could have done the work myself, but I feel very comfortable with the repair, and due to a recent injury it was just better for me not to climb a ladder. It was money well spent, and the old adage "You get what you pay for" certainly was true in this case.

Precision came through for us again! A garage spring broke on a recent Sunday. I called for repairs the following Monday morning and was scheduled for that same day. Robert was our service tech and after determining that a complete overhaul was the best option, made the repairs in less than 45 minutes. He was quick, thorough and very professional. He answered all of my questions and gave me the information I needed for future upkeep. I love the fact that you can pull up a picture of the person coming to your home from the website. Precision is the best!

I found Precision on the internet. The torsion spring on a door had broken and they had a technician out that very afternoon. Tom did a great job and he is a pleasant, amiable person to talk to. A day later I noticed that the door wasn't closing tightly to the floor, so I called and Tom was back the first thing in the morning to make the adjustment. I am quite pleased with Precision and recommend them.
