Quick response! Technician was early every day and had me up and running in no time! Replaced both springs, all the rollers and replaced my garage door opener. Put a new Lift Master torque drive on and I couldn't be happier. Cost more for the tongue drive, but it is sooooo quiet! Nice job!

Tom did a awesome job. I had to have more than just the main spring replaced but in the end it was worth it. Was told they would arrive between 11 and 12. Tom called and got there at 9:15. Awesome for me. Door works great.

I would give Precision 10 starts if it was an option. The technicians, the service and the final result after a routine check of our two garage doors was excellent--far beyond the norm for service. The techs are very knowledgeable, tidy as they work, show superior workmanship and know exactly what needs to be done. They are either a few minutes early or right on time, but called before they came to make sure we were home. I can't say enough great things about Precision. I just wish other businesses cared as much about their customers as Precision. I'm a customer for life. Thanks!!!!

The tech was on time and very courteous. Called because of faulty garage door opener the tech reprogrammed it and checked the door itself and did not charge me. Explained why and left. Very pleased. Would really recommend not because of the no charge but they no what their doing. Thank you so much

*****5 STARS!! I am so impressed with Precision and my technician Tom. I have been having problems with my garage door ever since it was installed 5 years ago. I had a company come out two weeks ago, they did an inspection, replaced the wheels and cleaned the electronic eyes, charged me enough to have had a whole new garage door installed and the next day my garage door stopped working again. Then they failed to show up to two follow up appointments. THEN I found Precision on a Google search. Tom was not only prompt but early. He found the problem immediately and it took him less than 5 minutes to fix, (a wire was being pinched by a staple). He was so gracious that he didn't even charge me a service call! From this point forward, Precision will be the only company I call for any garage door need, and I've already referred them to a friend. Thank you Precision and Tom ~ you have earned a life long customer!!

Only one broken spring. Guy didn't have that spring type, so replaced both with another type. Turned up on time. Fast. Door working fine after 1 month.

Most garage doors will have two springs but some older doors have a odd size or special order part. The springs are usually installed in pairs and should be replaced together, as the life spans of the springs will be similar. This improves your warranty and lowers the cost for each spring. I had a spring break on my garage door and was leaving town the next day. Of course, this added an element of urgency to the repair, as my family uses the garage as our primary entrance to our home. After calling another company (that took over 4 hours to return my call), I called Precision and was given a same day appointment. Bill was actually able to get to my house earlier than scheduled and called to confirm that was OK. Not only was he able to replace my broken spring, but he performed a thorough inspection of my garage door and was able to troubleshoot some other maintenance items that needed attention - saving me more money with potential future problems. Bill was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I was fortunate to have found Precision on line and will be using them in the future for all my garage door maintenance and repair work. I checked with the Better Business and they had a very good rating. Precision send us an email to confirm the appointment time and told us who our technician would be. Experience was great. They were out the same day I called and finished the work same day as well. Jake was our technician and he was very informative, explaining what he was doing along the way (since I kept asking). It's good now that I know how the whole garage door process works and the importance of keeping parts (like rollers) up to snuff. The reduction in noise from the door is also great..
