Precision really impressed me with both the speed of getting someone out to the house as well as the quality of the job. I called in the morning on Saturday, and they had Tom out to my house just a few hours later. He did a superb job of both fixing the broken spring we had, as well as fixing some broken rollers and other items that were found worn/broken. Just an outstanding job, very happy with the results, the response from Precision, the price, as well as the professionalism from Tom, he really knows what he's doing.

There needs to be a sixth star here. Where to start? First of all, Tom was a breath of fresh air. He came in, took one look at my geriatric spring system, identified everything that was wrong with it and gave me a VERY REASONABLE quote on the spot. He told me exactly how long it would take him, and to tell you the truth, I feel price-wise, I took advantage of him. He didn't try to pitch upgrades or a new system (which I sorely need, but can't afford). I really appreciated his no-nonsense attitude. He got right to work and had everything my system needed to be repaired with him, thus saving our valuable time. I really can't say enough good things about him! I had dealt with a different door servicing company a couple of days before only to run into the technician not showing up, calling 15 minutes after the appointment window, another inexperienced tech coming (with the world's smallest flashlight), telling my system was a pain in his you-know-what, leaving and telling me his boss would call (and never did), etc. etc. I would recommend this company in a heart beat!

The Precision technician was on time and professional. He checked out the problems with our 35 year old opener and we discussed what I wanted in a new garage door opener. Price was reasonable but he had to obtain the model discussed and return on Monday. Installation was fast and he helped program all the devices and the opener buttons in our cars. Everything works smoothly and quietly. Thanks to Tom for making it all easy.

FIVE STAR PLUS. This is the second time this year that I have needed Garage Door work, Tom replaced the rollers and tuned these doors earlier and now the Big spring in one broke yesterday. I called Precision and they said they could have somebody here this morning, luckily Tom showed up again. I guess we have our own Garage Door Man !! LOVE IT Thanks TOM

Had springs replaced in Feb., door adj, by Tom. All operated well, till this Oct., called for appt to get the door looked at, it would not roll up completely, not close properly. Tom came out at agreed upon time, made several adj., then operated door which ran smoothly. NO CHARGE. FAB, other companies more than likely would have charged for this, again FAB treatment by Precision

Greg was excellent. He knew immediately that it was the motor and he could fix it for $180. He said the opener should last 40 years. He lubricatered everything. I can't say enough . He was great and I certainly will call again and ask for Greg.

5 stars to Precision! We live in Broomfield and Tom was our technician. We received next-day service on a Saturday, which was particularly impressive since our need was not an emergency. Tom called to let us know exactly when he would arrive, was prompt, and resolved our issues readily. Tom's knowledge and expertise with garage doors, openers, keypads was excellent. I had Precision repair my garage door in 2003 after a another company tried to fix it. Precision fixed it. Recently a had a spring break. I called Precision on Thurs. pm, made an appointment for sat. They followed up with an email telling me the sked. Sat at 800a got a call telling me they were a block away. Service was performed in 30 minutes. Price was very fair. I have told friends a neighbors about Precision. They are great and do what they say. DO USE THEM! ALSO, THEY DID A SAFETY ON BOTH THE DOORS. once again.
