I HAD A BUSY SUNDAY AND THE SPRING BROKE ON THE GARAGE DOOR. I DON'T KNOW HOW I FOUND PRECISION BUT YEARS AGO, THE FIRST TIME I NEEDED GARAGE DOOR HELP, I FOUND THEM. I HAVE HAD A STICKER WITH THEIR NUMBER NEXT TO MY OPENER SWITCH SINCE THEN. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES---SO, OF COURSE, I CALLED THEM. THEY CAME SUNDAY MORNING--HAD ME OUT OF MY GARAGE IN TIME FOR MY DAY. AND, NEXT TIME I NEED HELP I WILL CALL THEM AGAIN.

We had excellent service. Door locked down tight and could not get either vehicle out. Broken springs. Release would not work for us. We have medical issues here and we were in a panic. Rick Jones was here within 2.5 hours and did a perfect job. We now will call Precision. Our other company wanted us to wait until Monday. 5.5 stars for Rick.

Great service and support from this company! We have a 25 yr old home, and the garage door opener began acting up, so I called for some help. We got a tune-up and new rollers first, then ended up needing a new opener system, because the keypad I had purchased at Home Depot was not functioning properly with the old opener unit. Bill and Rick did a great job getting everything working again, and have also helped us out with a couple of other minor adjustments.

I have used Precision in the past for repairs and service. This time my service call was for preventive maintenance since the doors and openers had not been serviced for 6 years. Bill, the servicer, arrived on time when scheduled. He was friendly and affable. He was efficient in performing the services and explained all that he did and the reasons for the service. The charge was very reasonable. I was very pleased with the service provided by Precision. I will definitely continue using this company to service my garage doors and openers.

Boy I'm glad that I called you guys. Finding a technician that does service for home owners that is competent, and honest is very hard to find these days. Rick was amazing at how well he got my banged up, crooked and squeaky garage door working like new in no time! I was glad I got a pro who knew what he is doing! He showed up, diagnosed the problem, explained my options and was honest about what I could do to fix the problem. He replaced my rollers and cables among other things that I am not sure because I was busy painting my house at the time. Rick does great work! Thank you!

Great service! We called on Sunday to fix our broken spring and they came out the next day which was Memorial Day. Thankfully it was under warrenty so that was covered, but our other garage door needed service too, so they fixed that one as well. Would highly recommend!

Precision is awesome! Super fast and they found a new circuit board for my 17 year old Lift Master garage door opener. It works BETTER than new. Bill also made sure everything was perfect mechanically. Reasonable price for the service provided.

I recently had a technician from Precision Garage Door out to the house for a general preventative maintenance service call. Not only was he incredibly friendly, but he also had a very professional look and attitude. Before starting the service work, he walked me through the entire process, highlighting particular areas that might be of concern. At the conclusion of the service, he gave me another walk-through outlining exactly what he did and why. He then proceeded to give me a detailed explanation of some of the general safety features and settings on my 13 year old garage door and opener that will help them operate correctly, safely, effectively, and efficiently for years to come. He never tried to sell me anything, but was very knowledgable in making recommendations on specific things I asked about. All-in-all, a fantastic experience!!

I chose Precision based on their offering of a tune-up deal and roller replacement through the AAA Auto Club. The Technician (Robert) performed the operation and also suggested a roller upgrade for longer life and some component replacements that were required. The end result is a beautifully operating door that I am confident will last a long time. Robert explained a lot of things to me about garage doors that I had not known. It really provided me with some things to keep an eye on.

My garage door was acting funny for a couple of days and then went off the track. I called Precision Garage Door and they came the next day. He put the door back on track and fixed the cause, the cable had come off the drum. He was there for 1/2 hour and charged $225!!! When I objected vigorously he said they had a flat fee of $160 for off track plus the service call. I wish I called a more honest company.

Tom was right on time, moved efficiently and finished very quickly. Door has never sounded so quiet. Love the new rollers and the door is adjusted perfectly. Being a DYI and the guy who installed the opener I never could get the adjustments right for the range of door movement. He adjusted it perfectly. Also received (upon my request) a quote (word of mouth at this point, due to other projects on our list) for new door, installation, etc. I was VERY happy with the quote. It will speed up our ability to purchase a new door and will go with this company for it. Thanks again for a very pleasant experience.
