I had a spring break on my garage door and was leaving town the next day. Of course, this added an element of urgency to the repair, as my family uses the garage as our primary entrance to our home. After calling another company (that took over 4 hours to return my call), I called Precision and was given a same day appointment. Bill was actually able to get to my house earlier than scheduled and called to confirm that was OK. Not only was he able to replace my broken spring, but he performed a thorough inspection of my garage door and was able to troubleshoot some other maintenance items that needed attention - saving me more money with potential future problems. Bill was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I was fortunate to have found Precision on line and will be using them in the future for all my garage door maintenance and repair work. I checked with the Better Business and they had a very good rating. Precision send us an email to confirm the appointment time and told us who our technician would be. Technician called before he came and actually came earlier than our appointment time. Very professional and efficient, will definitely use this company!

Experience was great. They were out the same day I called and finished the work same day as well. Jake was our technician and he was very informative, explaining what he was doing along the way (since I kept asking). It's good now that I know how the whole garage door process works and the importance of keeping parts (like rollers) up to snuff. The reduction in noise from the door is also great.. I HAD A BUSY SUNDAY AND THE SPRING BROKE ON THE GARAGE DOOR. I DON'T KNOW HOW I FOUND PRECISION BUT YEARS AGO, THE FIRST TIME I NEEDED GARAGE DOOR HELP, I FOUND THEM. We had excellent service. Door locked down tight and could not get either vehicle out. Broken springs. Release would not work for us. We have medical issues here and we were in a panic. Great service and support from this company! We have a 25 yr old home, and the garage door opener began acting up, so I called for some help. We got a tune-up and new rollers first, then ended up needing a new opener system, because the keypad I had purchased at Home Depot was not functioning properly with the old opener unit. Bill and Rick did a great job getting everything working again, and have also helped us out with a couple of other minor adjustments.

I have used Precision in the past for repairs and service. This time my service call was for preventive maintenance since the doors and openers had not been serviced for 6 years. Bill, the servicer, arrived on time when scheduled. He was friendly and affable. He was efficient in performing the services and explained all that he did and the reasons for the service. Rick was amazing at how well he got my banged up, crooked and squeaky garage door working like new in no time! I was glad I got a pro who knew what he is doing! He showed up, diagnosed the problem, explained my options and was honest about what I could do to fix the problem. Great service! We called on Sunday to fix our broken spring and they came out the next day which was Memorial Day. Thankfully it was under warrenty so that was covered, but our other garage door needed service too, so they fixed that one as well. Would highly recommend!

I recently had a technician from Precision Garage Door out to the house for a general preventative maintenance service call. Not only was he incredibly friendly, but he also had a very professional look and attitude. Before starting the service work, he walked me through the entire process, highlighting particular areas that might be of concern. At the conclusion of the service, he gave me another walk-through outlining exactly what he did and why. He then proceeded to give me a detailed explanation of some of the general safety features and settings on my 13 year old garage door and opener that will help them operate correctly, safely, effectively, and efficiently for years to come. He never tried to sell me anything, but was very knowledgable in making recommendations on specific things I asked about. All-in-all, a fantastic experience!!

I chose Precision based on their offering of a tune-up deal and roller replacement through the AAA Auto Club. The Technician (Robert) performed the operation and also suggested a roller upgrade for longer life and some component replacements that were required. The end result is a beautifully operating door that I am confident will last a long time. Robert explained a lot of things to me about garage doors that I had not known. It really provided me with some things to keep an eye on.
