The service man Robert Rubesne happened to be in a place not far from my house. So he came to my house 1 day ahead of my appointment. After I showed him the problem, he fixed in 15 sec. The cause of the problem was a loose wire in the photo eye that prevented the garage door from shutting down completely. He was so nice that he did not charge for his service. It normally costs $65 without $15 discount.

Howdy, Your first repairman showed up and in five minutes spotted the problem, a broken spring for which he said he didn't have a replacement and would try to be back the next day but the day after that would be the best and the price would be $179.00, He said he would telephone me the next morning and let me know what was happening. He never called. We called on Wednesday and a different man came out and replaced the spring in an hour or less.

Lightning FAST response - answered the phone when I called at 8:30am to schedule a repair for a broken roller wheel on our garage door. Tom was here at 1:15 and the work was completed by 2:30! Tom replaced all the metal roller wheels on our garage door with nylon roller wheels. Our garage door works again and it is sooooo much quieter! THANKS!
