I called yesterday and you came the same day at the time you said you would. Not only were you able to fix the door with very little trouble but your technician also had all the nuts and screws and bolts and drills that he needed. Incredibly enough, he also knew exactly where they were in his box. He was here only about 20 minutes and the door is like new! He was very polite and I can’t thank you enough. I would highly recommend you to everyone I know!

Bobby arrived on time, was very professional and great to work with. I explained the issues I was having with my garage doors and Bobby let me know what my options were and how much each would cost. He got the job done quickly and did excellent work. I would highly recommend Precision to anyone needing garage door service.

Greg came out and did an excellent job in diagnosing our popping noises. The panels need to be braced and it took care of the issue. He also did a quick tuneup and the door is running smooth and quiet again. I would, and will, highly recommend this company!

They showed up when they said they would, they came prepared. Although, I only needed a spring & cable replacement to get back up and running, I did opt for a complete hardware replacement; all moving parts, cables and springs... My garage door and all its hardware is/was 20 years old, I thought a wise decision to replace what I could, the door itself was fine, did not need to replace the door. Glad I did all the hardware replacement, super quiet now and greater piece of mind (warranty).

The repairman, Zac, was able to work a day earlier than the scheduled appointment. That was wonderful because my car was trapped inside the garage! He did a safety check on the door and explained in detail what he could do-I chose to have the garage door repaired and he proceeded to work. He was very professional and worked quickly. I highly recommend Zac and Precision Door Service and am so thankful for the prompt and superior work. When I need a garage door opener and in the future a new door, I will call this business.

As always,Precision lives up to its name; very precise service, every time. Our last service was incredible. Not only was Jim on time, he came early!! He found nothing wrong with the garage door and just did a few tweaks, here and there. He could have tried to do unnecessary service. The garage door company we used to use lost our business for that very reason. Thanks, Jim and Precision. I will always recommend this company.

Easy to schedule the appointment. Technician Tom called to insure I was home, arrived on time as scheduled. Tom completed the work, checked things over, found no other issues and the charge was as promised. Both doors working great. Can't think of anything needing improvement with that story. 100% satisfied. Thanks Precision. Carl

I woke up on a Saturday morning to discover a broken spring on my garage door, I called the last garage door company that serviced my account and was greeted by a voicemail message stating WE ARE CLOSED ! I searched on Google and found Precision Garage Door, I called them and was greeted by a pleasant service representative who delighted me by telling me there was an opening for a same day visit ! YEAH ! My service technician Bobby is a ROCK STAR ! he called me in advance of his arrival was polite, punctual and efficient clearly explaining my options and charges ! It was an overall excellent experience and I highly recommend Precision as your go to company !

Zac was my Tech. I called because the previous owner of the unit I purchased has somehow ripped the emergency release handle out of the trolley and jammed back in to make it look like it was functional. The home inspector did not find that...but that is another story. I called Precision because they had a location very close to my address. They said they could come right over, but I was out of town so they worked around my schedule. Zac arrived when he said he would and had what we thought were the correct parts. Unfortunately it was the shorter model but he did go back to the store and get the correct one within 20 minutes. Zac was fast, friendly and knowledgeable about the product. He did a basic service on my garage door and pointed out some issues that may that to pop us since the door and opener are almost 10 years old, but no pressure to do it right then and there. When i need to have future service done on my garage door Precision will be the first people I call and I will ask for Zac to come and do the work.
