I needed a minor adjustment on my garage door but it prevented the door from closing properly. I was impressed that the person answering the phone walked me through several steps over the phone to try and fix the problem so I wouldn't have to pay for service. As I live alone, they made every effort to fit me into their schedule as quickly as possible. After Bill made the adjustment to my opener, he stayed long enough to give it a minor tune-up to prevent future problems. All this for the trip charge. I was very pleased--have used Precision Door Service in the past and will continue to use them in the future.

Bill was our technician and we couldn't be happier with his service! He was very courtesy, professional, on time, and went above and beyond. Not only did he fix our garage door, but he noticed the door leading into our house was a bit squeaky, so he put some lubricant on the hinges without any hesitation! This company is the best of the best at what they do, HIGHLY recommended, no one better in town!

My garage door broke at 10 am on a Saturday. I called and spoke with a customer service rep who said she would have someone out between 11 and 1pm. Within 15-20 minutes I had a call from my technician Tom Lathrop to let me know he would be there around 11. He was timely and efficient. And done by 1130. He did a great job getting my garage door fixed so I could get on with running my errands for the day. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends and will use him again in the future should any problems arise. Thank you so much!

Kuddos to Precsion Doors. Four years ago I had them replace a broken garage door springs and recommended I replace both in addition to a door tuneup which gareenteed the work for five years. Well one of my springs broke again. True to their word, they replaced both springs under the warranty at no cost except the service fee. It doesn't get any better then that.
