I've used Precision Door twice now when my garage door wouldn't close. I found them online & they had good reviews. My own experience is that their service call charge is extremely reasonable, and their employees are knowledgeable and incredibly helpful - I learned a lot that I didn't know from both times, which might help prevent future service calls. To me, that's the mark of an ethical company; one that helps educate its clients rather than keeping the knowledge to itself in order to drum up repeat business. I'm really glad I found this firm.

What I appreciate about these guys is that I was able to schedule the service call online while I was at work, and they were at my home the next morning before I had to leave for work, and the service technician fixed my problem, told me how to prevent the problem in future, and charged me the low price of the service call. All within about 12 hours. That's customer service!

I called yesterday and you came the same day at the time you said you would. Not only were you able to fix the door with very little trouble but your technician also had all the nuts and screws and bolts and drills that he needed. Incredibly enough, he also knew exactly where they were in his box. He was here only about 20 minutes and the door is like new! He was very polite and I can’t thank you enough. Greg came out and did an excellent job in diagnosing our popping noises. The panels need to be braced and it took care of the issue. He also did a quick tuneup and the door is running smooth and quiet again. I would, and will, highly recommend this company!

They showed up when they said they would, they came prepared. Although, I only needed a spring & cable replacement to get back up and running, I did opt for a complete hardware replacement; all moving parts, cables and springs... My garage door and all its hardware is/was 20 years old, I thought a wise decision to replace what I could, the door itself was fine, did not need to replace the door. Glad I did all the hardware replacement, super quiet now and greater piece of mind (warranty).

The repairman, Zac, was able to work a day earlier than the scheduled appointment. That was wonderful because my car was trapped inside the garage! He did a safety check on the door and explained in detail what he could do-I chose to have the garage door repaired and he proceeded to work. He was very professional and worked quickly. I highly recommend Zac and Precision Door Service and am so thankful for the prompt and superior work. When I need a garage door opener and in the future a new door, I will call this business.
