After another company struggled for weeks with a solution for my very heavy, wood faced door I called Precision on a Saturday AM. Donovan arrived the same day at 2 and was able to get the door fixed with parts he had on his truck. Donovan was fantastic, and his results even better. Highly recommended service!

Thanks so much Garrett; I knew the door needed a tuneup but it was making an unusual noise - Garrett identified fraying cables that could be a major safety issue. Fixed and running just fine - and it is safe. Thanks for same day service and keeping the door running and safe.

Precision is my go-to for garage door service. Tom Lathrop came once before because the hatch door on my car blocked the garage door. He didn't even charge me! This time Tom replaced the opener. He arrived early and the work was done quickly. Replacing an opener just before Christmas is painful, but Tom mitigated the pain by his prompt and cheerful service.

The first positive part of this experience was their availability. We were able to book a service call for our broken garage door spring between 4-6 PM, from a call made at noon the same day. Bobby showed up promptly at 4 PM (after a 20 minute heads up call) and could not have been more professional or friendly. He thoroughly outlined our repair options giving us three pricing tiers to choose from but there was never any pressure or "hard sell". His clear/concise information made it easy to choose and the job was then completed promptly with great advice on how to keep our door better serviced in the future. The door now works much more smoothly and quietly than when it was originally installed. This entire service experience was exceptional from start to finish and we will definitely be recommending Precision to neighbors and friends!

I can’t say enough good things about Donovan, our technician and installer. Donovan educated about all things re: garage doors when he adjusted our old garage door in April. Something hit that door recently and severely damaged the integrity of the door. Donovan helped us pick out a replacement and we could not be more happy! Just tonite my wife came home and said- “did you hear that?” I said hear said hear what? She replied-“exactly!” Our new door is quiet now- no creaks, squeaks and other awful sounds. We opted for windows also and wow- what a difference a little light makes in our garage. Who knew something like a garage door could be so incredible- but it is! Donovan is an amazing technician!! We are really satisfied customers and will tell our friends about your company!!
