The first positive part of this experience was their availability. We were able to book a service call for our broken garage door spring between 4-6 PM, from a call made at noon the same day. Bobby showed up promptly at 4 PM (after a 20 minute heads up call) and could not have been more professional or friendly. He thoroughly outlined our repair options giving us three pricing tiers to choose from but there was never any pressure or "hard sell". His clear/concise information made it easy to choose and the job was then completed promptly with great advice on how to keep our door better serviced in the future. The door now works much more smoothly and quietly than when it was originally installed. This entire service experience was exceptional from start to finish and we will definitely be recommending Precision to neighbors and friends!

I’ve known about precision garage quality living in the SF Bay Area. So when our door stop midway when we opened it We release the door pull cord to close it and I called(chat text) the Denver area Precision They set up appointment for next morning When the original tech was going to be delayed at his first appointment Bill the office manager showed up to cover for him Bill did a primary check found the problem and fix it We plan on replacing the motor unit next spring and Bill gave the information I needed have it done. I going to call Precision when we’re ready because I trust them base on how I was treated by Bill????

I can’t say enough good things about Donovan, our technician and installer. Donovan educated about all things re: garage doors when he adjusted our old garage door in April. Something hit that door recently and severely damaged the integrity of the door. Donovan helped us pick out a replacement and we could not be more happy! Just tonite my wife came home and said- “did you hear that?” I said hear said hear what? She replied-“exactly!” Our new door is quiet now- no creaks, squeaks and other awful sounds. We opted for windows also and wow- what a difference a little light makes in our garage. Who knew something like a garage door could be so incredible- but it is! Donovan is an amazing technician!! Donovan from Precision has been to our house twice this year(tune-up in April and door replacement estimate today) Talking with Donovan is like enrolling in garage door 101. Our current door is a Clopay and after damage to a strut it is limping now. We are getting a new door with insulation and a great warranty. I had hoped we would get more longevity out of our Clopay but we are looking forward to our new and improved garage door. Give Donovan a raise- he knows this stuff inside and out!

I called Precision for a broken door spring as my wife's car was stuck inside. It sure is nice when a company gets you in fast, shows up on time and knows what they are doing. Precision's work was fast and skillful and before they started, gave me a quote and explained the estimate. They patched the spring to quickly get my wife's car out, then did the repair. Very impressed with the speed and knowledge of the tech.

Donovan was amazing and so helpful. We had another company scheduled to do an estimate the day before. That company didn't show and sent someone from another company instead who was two hours late. They basically said we needed all new doors, openers and that everything was in such bad shape it could not be fixed. Donovan showed up on time and went over our issues and concerns. He explained that even though our garage doors were old, they did not necessarily need replacing. He gave us three options and was able to do the work that day. It feels like we have new garage doors now that everything has been updated and fixed. I will never call anyone else for Garage Door issues and this was money well spent! Thank you Precsion

I called this morning with a broken spring and Tom was repairing my door within 2 hours. He was he fast and efficient in his replacement of the springs. He also recognized defects made in the original installation. There were frozen spring bearings, a broken hinge, and door runner wheels that were worn because they had no bearings. The spring support bar was too high resulting in mechanical stress to door movement. A track support bar needed to be stabilized. He was personable and explained what repairs were needed and why. He had the tools, parts and expertise to correct those defects. This is the first time that the garage door has fit flush with the floor. I suspect that repairs saved me from having to replace the door.
