We needed our key pad reset after someone had tampered with it. Bill suggested he could step me thru it on the phone, but after explaining I was unable to get on a ladder, Bill came out and fixed it for no charge. All of this on a busy cold day that found him also dealing with a break in on a company truck. Talk about great customer service! Looking for a company with integrity and people who really care? Look no further. Not only has our garage door operated flawlessly for over 10 years, but they have gone above and beyond to keep us that way. I will never give our business to anyone else as I know these guys are the best!

I was looking for a preventative maintenance visit by an expert to help me avoid future problems (surprises!). Precision came out same day with a service visit by a real pro Tom Lathrop. No games, no selling things I didn't need; just professionally performed the service I needed and prepped me on things I can do to keep my system working right. Very pleased with the entire transaction (and I am a hard to please customer).

Courteous service technician who was quick to diagnose the impairments, provide a solution, and to boot, same day installation of a new opener. On a Sunday, I encountered a problem with my garage door opener. I was able to open the door but when I tried to close it, the door would lower about 3/4 of the way and then reopen. I called Precision Door Service and reported my problem. A technician named Donovan contacted me shortly afterwards and was able to walk me through fixing what turned out to be a simple issue over the phone. He was patient, professional and very nice. He was a huge help especially on a holiday weekend. I have used Precision Door many times over the years and the service has always been excellent!

I had an appointment set for a Monday, received a call the Sunday before by Will. He asked if I would like to get my garage door repair done a day earlier, which was a great surprise. An hour and a half later Donovan showed up to do the repair. Donovan was very courteous and knowledgeable. He did the inspection , showed me options on the repair, and recommendations. replaced both torsion springs and replaced center bearing, all within an hour. Excellent job Donovan. I am glad I called Precision door service.

This is my third time using Precision and had another great experience. The first two times were over the last 5-6 years with just having maintenance tune-ups; once I had the wheels replaced. Today was an emergency for my garage door wouldn't open. Tom arrived at 8am, gave me an exact quote to replace the broken strut, and within a hour, my door was working again perfectly. Their prices are fair, and Tom was a super expert and a really nice guy. Give Precision a try for you will be impressed.

My garage door opener had a catastrophic failure and Precision was able to get a tech out to me in less then 24 hours and replace it. Bobby (the tech) was extremely professional and quick. for something that would have taken me 8-10 hours on my own with multiple trips to the store he was able to complete the job and train me on additional set up within an hour and a half. My second dealing with Precision and I would use them again without hesitation.

I've used Precision before for repair of a garage spring replacement. When a spring broke recently, I again gave them a call, primarily because of the lifetime warranty on the previous replacement. However I would have called them because of the excellent service in the past. I am glad to say that I continue to be pleased with the service they provide. Technician Adam Orozco did a great job with replacing the springs and door rollers. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I could not ask for more. Precision will always be my go to for future garage door issues.

Called in the morning with a garage door problem and Zac was out within a few hours. Needed to totally fix everything related to door. Didn’t have all parts available but said he would have them later in afternoon. Returned about 4:30 with parts and worked on door until 7:00 (on a Friday night). Zac was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Precision for garage door needs.

I called Precision, as a satisfied repeat customer.....last service was 2011. I spoke with Candace, on Fri. Jan 15, 2021. Within an hour, Zac Bedard, responded and not only replaced a worn out 17 year old keypad outside of my garage door. He did a 25 pt safety inspection. It's been 10 years....Zac was able to show me a number of issues that needed preemptive action....no pressure....he replaced the worn parts....and tightened areas that had become loose over time.
