I chose this company because they respond to calls at anytime. My “emergency “ was on a Sunday afternoon. Got garage door up but wouldn’t close. Great service, very quick response by phone. James The technician that called me back walked me thru some things and we determined that a wire was broken. He advised me how to get the door down and I scheduled an on-site visit for the following morning. Garret the technician who came out called prior to his arrival. He was prompt and resolved my broken wire issue quickly. He didn’t try to “upsell” me and answered my questions in a courteous and professional manner. My garage door now works perfectly. My thanks to everyone for outstanding service!!

Donavon was a very helpful installer. I needed to replace my entire garage door as it buckled in the middle and wouldn't open or close. He quoted me the cost and then helped me get the old door open to get my car out and then ensured that it was closed until the new one could be installed. He was always early for the appointments, after calling to verify it was ok. I will definitely use Precision again if I ever need to.

Precision had done a good job before so I made them the first call when the springs gave up the ghost on my garage door. They had a technician at my house within hours, not days -- within the 2 hr window they gave me and the technician called 10 minutes prior to arriving. The necessary repairs were explained and reviewed with me before any work began. The cost seemed reasonable and when the service and responsiveness is this good you don't fret over the cost as much.

I called Precision for a broken tension spring, and they had a technician at my house within 4 hours. The tech conducted a thorough inspection and found some additional problems that I was unaware of such as frayed cables and broken track wheels. He presented me with several options for repair and finished the work in under 90 minutes. The door works just like new. I would highly recommend these guys for garage door repair.

I can't tell you how pleased we were with the work performed by Garrett. He explained everything we needed without the pressure of add-ons. Following explanation, he performed the work in an efficient manner and our garage door has never worked or sounded better. I can't speak to the rest of your staff, but if there half as good as Garrett, you have a company that you can be proud of.

When the spring on my old garage door opener broke, I asked my neighbor who he had used to fix his door and he highly recommended Precision to me. I'm glad he did because when Tom came out and looked at it he knew exactly what needed to be done and did it very quickly and efficiently. In turn, I would most certainly recommend Precision to any of the friends and neighbors if they need garage door opener installation or repair.

I am a return customer and will recommend you to my friends. The next morning service was incredible. The service man was prompt in fact early which was really appreciated. One thing you might tell your service people...it would be reallly helpful if they would write down rhe model and product number so I didn't have to climb the ladder to get it. I was oping it would be on the invoice but I didn't see it.

Same day service and was great! I tried to install a key pad I purchased from a big box store and I screwed up everything! Donovan installed the Lift Master key pad, set up both doors to function properly, reset both our cars and our hand controls. All our bells and whistles work great! He lubed both doors and did a visual inspection; in and out in 45 minutes! Thanks Donovan and Precision. Terry
