One thing you might tell your service people...it would be reallly helpful if they would write down rhe model and product number so I didn't have to climb the ladder to get it. Same day service and was great! I tried to install a key pad I purchased from a big box store and I screwed up everything! Donovan installed the Lift Master key pad, set up both doors to function properly, reset both our cars and our hand controls. All our bells and whistles work great! Precision is my go-to for garage door service. Tom Lathrop came once before because the hatch door on my car blocked the garage door. He didn't even charge me! This time Tom replaced the opener. He arrived early and the work was done quickly. Replacing an opener just before Christmas is painful, but Tom mitigated the pain by his prompt and cheerful service.
