Our garage door opener quit working in the evening, so we called Precision after hours. We were impressed that we could speak to a live customer service representative and set up an appointment for the next morning. Donovan was our technician who arrived promptly to help diagnose the issue. He helped us choose a replacement and install a new garage door opener all on the same day. He was fantastic every step of the way. Donovan is an absolute asset to this company; great communicator, personable, professional, & courteous. He took the time to explain everything about the new setup and programmed our remotes and vehicles as well. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. Precision Garage Doors is a great company we highly recommend!

Tom did a great job- showed up on time, was courteous and quickly replaced the necessary sensors on our door. He also adjusted a track on a different door to eliminate a sqeal so that was nice as well.

The sensors went bad on my garage door, and about 8 years ago Precision had fixed some other problems with my garage door, and they did a great job making sure everything was in good shape and tuned up. Donovan, from Precision came this time and was very professional and thorough in his work. He put new sensors in and then did an inspection of everything. He showed me how the gear from the motor was going to go bad and break off soon, and how loose the chain was. I decided to put a new unit on. What a difference from the old one! Technology has come a long ways from what these garage door openers were 10 years ago!

I cannot say enough positive remarks about the service that I have received from Precision Door Service in the past several weeks! The technician arrived as scheduled, showed me the reason that my garage door wasn't working and didn't charge me for the visit! Once it was because my door opener was in lock position and today because the door was frozen to the ground. Without doubt I will purchase my replacement garage door opener when needed from them!

We choose Precision Garage Door Service again when we began to experience intermittent trouble with the opener. We’ve had service from Precision before when we had a door spring break. We are again very satisfied with the service. Garrett helped us understand what we were working with (a 26-year old unit, tracks, etc.) and what options we had to address the immediate issue as well as the longer range need. We are thrilled to have a new unit installed which we can rely upon and which has additional security and operational features. My garage door was frozen to the cement and I did not realize it. When I opened it the metal strip along the top bent the whole right side. I called Precision at about 8:30 A.M. and got an appointment for between 12:00 - 2:00 the same day. Tom was early and by 11:15 it was fixed. I am really pleased with the service and the price. My garage door was not functioning and I wasn’t sure why. Turns out my spring broke, so I had one car stuck inside and one car stuck outside. I had used another company in the past, but they were always late. I saw a commercial for Precision that they work wkends and don’t charge extra for this service, so I called and got same-day service! The technician was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He replaced my springs and gave me an idea of cost and timeframe of next-steps, which is helpful for budgeting. Spending money on these types of repairs is never fun, but he made it a pleasant experience. Thank you!

What a great experience! I called about my garage door opener not working correctly and was able to get an appointment for someone to come out right away. Tom arrived and was thorough in his assessment. I did need a new opener, so he quickly got it installed. He's very knowledgeable, professional, clearly knows what he's doing and was personable too. He did a great job. The cost of the new opener and accessories was, in my opinion, very reasonable. I really appreciate the little "extra niceties" too - in particular, I received a call this morning telling me that Tom would get there on the far side of my 8 to 10 am window and then received a call from Tom to let me know his arrival time, which was pretty much exactly what I had been told. Those extra steps to make sure I knew the status of Tom's arrival allowed me to plan for that two-hour period without "wondering" if I could start a project or not. I highly recommend this company.

I chose this company because they respond to calls at anytime. My “emergency “ was on a Sunday afternoon. Got garage door up but wouldn’t close. Great service, very quick response by phone. James The technician that called me back walked me thru some things and we determined that a wire was broken. He advised me how to get the door down and I scheduled an on-site visit for the following morning. Garret the technician who came out called prior to his arrival. He was prompt and resolved my broken wire issue quickly. He didn’t try to “upsell” me and answered my questions in a courteous and professional manner. My garage door now works perfectly. Donavon was a very helpful installer. I needed to replace my entire garage door as it buckled in the middle and wouldn't open or close. He quoted me the cost and then helped me get the old door open to get my car out and then ensured that it was closed until the new one could be installed. He was always early for the appointments, after calling to verify it was ok. I will definitely use Precision again if I ever need to.

Precision had done a good job before so I made them the first call when the springs gave up the ghost on my garage door. They had a technician at my house within hours, not days -- within the 2 hr window they gave me and the technician called 10 minutes prior to arriving. The necessary repairs were explained and reviewed with me before any work began. The cost seemed reasonable and when the service and responsiveness is this good you don't fret over the cost as much.

I called Precision for a broken tension spring, and they had a technician at my house within 4 hours. The tech conducted a thorough inspection and found some additional problems that I was unaware of such as frayed cables and broken track wheels. He presented me with several options for repair and finished the work in under 90 minutes. The door works just like new. I would highly recommend these guys for garage door repair.
