Found Precision on Google, coordinated their service using their website Chat feature, showed up as promised and fixed my broken spring in 1 1/2 hours. All good and we're very happy. Considering their "transparency" claim, I was surprised to learn that there's a $65 trip charge, which the Chat person never disclosed. The charge is okay, but I really think that their Chat service should also demonstrate transparency. So, fair warning: Every service call is $65/trip.

Bobby was kind and explained all our options thoroughly without any high pressure. Within 15 minutes the garage door was fixed and very reasonable price. I was impressed that unlike some companies before he did not put on high pressure to replace the door. If the garage door parts fail,I certainly will call this very professional company.

I called at 1pm and the technician was here at 2:30 and had our door repaired 30 minutes later. Technician Bobby explained what needed to be done and the price. He had the parts with him so there wasn’t any waiting for them to be ordered and another trip to be scheduled. This is the second or third time we have called and have never had to wait very long for them to show up. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable.

This morning my wife returned from the garage and said she thought we had a problem since the garage door would go up a couple feet and reverse. We can't get the cars out if the garage door only goes up 2 feet. I tried to muscle it up further.I puled on the release chord. No way would it go higher, so I called Precision and they had someone out 3 hours later to replace the springs and bearings. The door works fine now. They also installed the garage door opener 3 years ago, and it still works like a charm.

This is the second time I have used Precision. I called them again because of their service. Bill was the tech that came out yesterday. When he found he was running behind, he called me to let me know… always appreciated. I got a new garage door pad and he was very patient with me as he taught me how to change the code and the differences in my new key pad. While he was here, he serviced my garage door and explained why he was doing what he was. He didn’t act like he was rushing or in a hurry to leave, he was going home from here. Thank you Bill and thank you Precision. I will be calling you again when I need service to my garage door.

Excellent service! Zach was very thorough and explained everything that needed to be replaced and repaired. He showed me the broken parts and did not upsell me anything that did not need to be replaced. He was friendly and completed the job promptly. Service performed on the door as far as the Springs were concerned we're satisfactory. The $500 repair price on the Springs were overpriced compared to neighbors that had the same work done and they paid 300 dollars. In addition there was no estimate given on the phone
