Adam was a pleasure to meet and do business with. He arrived within the timeframe promised and called to let me know he was on his way and again when he arrived. He had my garage door working in no time and made sure that it was working properly.

We are super pleased with the service provided by Garrett and the products we bought. Precision came the same day I called for an appointment which was great, and Garrett installed our new garage door opener in a timely manner. Can't thank Garrett enough for all his help in answering all our questions and doing a very professional job. Thank you again!!

Donovan did a great jog and was very professional. I appreciated him taking the time to answer my questions and for respecting my decision on the course of action to take (didn't pressure me to purchase new parts that really weren't a necessary).

Called for an appointment on a Saturday. Donovan came out two hours later and went to work. I needed a new garage door opener and expected to pay a lot. I was very happy with the price, the work and the installer. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful service - quick response, good communication, fairly priced. Called yesterday to schedule a garage door repair and Donovan came out this morning (ahead of schedule) to fix a hinge on our garage door. Also did an inspection, tightened bolts, and lubed the spring for the garage door. Really appreciated the professionalism and explanation of all the repairs - got a quick lesson on garage doors! This is the second time we've used Precision and appreciate the quality work. Thanks!

I had a very good experience with my recent experience with Precision Door Service. Very professional. Availability was quick, even though I am not a repeat customer. My technician, Donovan, arrived on time and was very thorough with the options of work needed to repair my garage door. An overall good experience.

Donovan was prompt and courteous. He reviewed all parts of our garage door system, explained the current issue with door was due to bad sensors. He replaced the sensors, lubed the tracks and tightened the door. His information about the motor and springs was educational for us.

I'm just overwhelmed with the whole process from the initial answer to my call to the immediate scheduling of my service call. But, nothing prepared me for the kind of perfect service I got from Donovan. ???? He was professional and personable. But he was also quick and thorough. Most important, he realized how critical it was for me to feel my cars were protected during the night and that I could get out of my garage to take my husband to a doctor appointment. This is what it is like in America and in Colorado when you deal with real human pros.

I want to give the highest rating. I am very happy with this company! A technician came out the day I called, spotted and corrected the problem instantly, and didn't even charge. Obviously this is the place I'll call with any future garage door questions.

I had them replace the original worn out all-steel garage door rollers with modern nylon sealed bearing rollers. All steel rollers sound like the old roller skates with steel wheels, which are hideously noisy. The noise level while operating the garage door dropped 10db, which doesn't sound like much numerically, but it actually is very significant (db is a log scale). Nice and quite/smooth operation now. Very happy with their speedy and professional work.

Before Donavan showed up we had a Ryobi garage door opener. When he left we had the best, a 3/4 horse belt drive Lift Master. Donavan was very professional and answered every question my wife and I had regarding the unit and how to operate it. When the job was completed he explained what he had done and went over the entire operation of the unit. He also left his card and told us to contact him at any time if we had further questions. We told him will be using Precision for any and all garage door repairs from this point forward. Install looks great! You can see that Donavan has the knowledge and takes pride in his work. Thanks Donavan. Sincerely, Ken and Carol Burmeister

Service technician was very quick and professional. I also appreciated that he was very honest and didn't try to oversell me on anything. In fact, I was the one suggesting that I should get a new door, and he said that it wasn't necessary.
