What Awesome Service!! Spring broke Thursday eve, called at 7am on Friday and Donovan was here at 8am. Donovan explained everything very thoroughly and went to work. 45 minutes later the door was fixed. Extremely pleased. Will Certainly use Precision again!

DONOVAN WAS WONDERFUL. OUR GARAGE DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN AND CLOSE IT WOULD NOT LATCH, WE HAD A POWER OUTAGE AND I GUESS IT KICKED THE MOTOR OUT OF TIME OR SOMETHING BUT DONOVAN FIXED IT IN NO TIME. HE DID INDICATE THAT THEY USUALLY LAST 10 TO 15 YEARS BEFORE GETTING A NEW MOTOR I ASKED WHAT HE RECOMMENDED AND HE SAID IF IT WERE HIM HE WOULD TRY IT A COUPLE OF DAYS AND IF IT HAPPENED AGAIN THEN REPLACE MOTOR. VERY HONEST. WE WILL ALWAYS USE PRECISION GARAGE DOOR AND I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. I DID ASK DONOVAN TO BE OUR SERVICE TECH WHEN HE COMES BACK TO REPLACE OR SERVICE GARAGE DOOR. I DID FORGET TO ASK HIM IF A REGULAR MAINTENANCE SHOULD BE DONE BY YOU FOLKS AND FORGOT.

We were impressed that we could speak to a live customer service representative and set up an appointment for the next morning. Donovan was our technician who arrived promptly to help diagnose the issue. He helped us choose a replacement and install a new garage door opener all on the same day. He was fantastic every step of the way. Donovan is an absolute asset to this company; great communicator, personable, professional, & courteous. He took the time to explain everything about the new setup and programmed our remotes and vehicles as well. We couldn’t be happier with our experience. Tom did a great job- showed up on time, was courteous and quickly replaced the necessary sensors on our door. He also adjusted a track on a different door to eliminate a sqeal so that was nice as well.

The sensors went bad on my garage door, and about 8 years ago Precision had fixed some other problems with my garage door, and they did a great job making sure everything was in good shape and tuned up. Donovan, from Precision came this time and was very professional and thorough in his work. He put new sensors in and then did an inspection of everything. He showed me how the gear from the motor was going to go bad and break off soon, and how loose the chain was. I decided to put a new unit on. What a difference from the old one! Technology has come a long ways from what these garage door openers were 10 years ago!

I cannot say enough positive remarks about the service that I have received from Precision Door Service in the past several weeks! The technician arrived as scheduled, showed me the reason that my garage door wasn't working and didn't charge me for the visit! Once it was because my door opener was in lock position and today because the door was frozen to the ground. Without doubt I will purchase my replacement garage door opener when needed from them!
