My garage door had a broken roller and the frame was bent. I called Precision and had same day service on a Saturday. I was very impressed with the service from Nick that scheduled the appointment and from Donovan the technician. Donovan was very nice, efficient and timely. He was also very informative. Adam did not communicate timing of installation. It had to be rescheduled 3 times. The office gave me3 different times. I know he had a personal problem but he could have called and not kept me waiting 2 days .

I chatted in a service/repair request yesterday. It was promptly answered by Mary. She gave me an appointment window of 10a-12p today. I got a call at 9:10 that a tech could be at my home in 10 minutes. I was also 10 minutes away so we met at 9:20. Bill met me and immediately started working on the issue. It turned out to be a simple reset of the remote and keypad but he gave me very clear instructions on what to do if it should happen next time. I wrote the instructions down and he had the door working in just a few minutes. It was almost like magic! And the best part is he didn't even charge me. I am very pleased with Precision. Very prompt. Very professional. Very knowledgeable. Totally recommend

I first called other highly recommended garage door services who people in our HOA promoted. The earliest I could get a service tech out was four days out. I found Precision and they had a service tech here in 90 minutes, and he was gone in an hour. New opener, programmed remotes and key pad. Cleaned up everything and took away the old stuff. Tom was an enjoyable person to converse with while he worked too. He even took time and explained the differences in some other brand/model openers improving my confidence in the same brand I had, albeit 23 yrs old.

I called Precision because the very old spring on my manual garage door snapped. I was amazed that within 1.5 hours a tech was at my door. The technician who came out was Bobby Rubesne. He was super informative and honest. He explained all the details of the spring repair with cost and gave me information on an automatic system. He definitely made me feel better and more informed. I couldn't believe how easy it was to make my manual door automatic instead. He was able to do the repair right away and within a few hours I had a new (safer) spring system and an automatic door. After 4 years of using the manual door I am so incredibly happy to just push a button to open my garage. I highly recommend Precision and Bobby because I feel like they were quick, efficient and honest.
