Recommended. Called them at 9am Saturday morning. Technician (Bobby) arrived by 1:30pm same day. He inspected the door and gave me a short run down. A few upsell options were presented, but not pushy in any way. I felt more educated than anything. The repair was made and he was gone in under an hour. Easy, professional and efficient.

Fantastic service and honest pricing! When the spring broke on our garage door I thought it would be at least a week before we could get it fixed. A friend recommended Precision. I called that afternoon and the next day the worker contacted us about a half hour from the house, he arrived on time, gave a very fair estimate and was finished with the entire job in 90 minutes. It was absolutely as good as that type of experience (something breaks and you need to call a contractor) can be!

Precision Garage Door service is exceptional without qualifications. The service provider was Bobby who examined our garage door with its noisy chain and rollers. He described what to do for a better operation. Bobby's knowledge and ability to understand my questions and needs was what determined what I would do next. I went with a wireless, keyless model and am I impressed ! Before leaving Bobby, said if any problems, call us back and we will take care of it.
