Donovan from Precision has been to our house twice this year(tune-up in April and door replacement estimate today) Talking with Donovan is like enrolling in garage door 101. Our current door is a Clopay and after damage to a strut it is limping now. We are getting a new door with insulation and a great warranty. I had hoped we would get more longevity out of our Clopay but we are looking forward to our new and improved garage door. Give Donovan a raise- he knows this stuff inside and out!

I needed routine maintenance for both of our garage doors, and I called Precision. Within two hours, one of their service technicians, Tom, texted me that he was on his way. He arrived exactly on time, assessed the maintenance of both garage doors, completed the job, and provided great feedback on how to keep doors lubricated. Being professional, reliable, and courteous are three traits that are hard to come by, and Tom exhibited all three!

I called Precision for a broken door spring as my wife's car was stuck inside. It sure is nice when a company gets you in fast, shows up on time and knows what they are doing. Precision's work was fast and skillful and before they started, gave me a quote and explained the estimate. They patched the spring to quickly get my wife's car out, then did the repair. Very impressed with the speed and knowledge of the tech.

Donovan was amazing and so helpful. We had another company scheduled to do an estimate the day before. That company didn't show and sent someone from another company instead who was two hours late. They basically said we needed all new doors, openers and that everything was in such bad shape it could not be fixed. Donovan showed up on time and went over our issues and concerns. He explained that even though our garage doors were old, they did not necessarily need replacing. He gave us three options and was able to do the work that day. It feels like we have new garage doors now that everything has been updated and fixed. I will never call anyone else for Garage Door issues and this was money well spent! Thank you Precsion

I called this morning with a broken spring and Tom was repairing my door within 2 hours. He was he fast and efficient in his replacement of the springs. He also recognized defects made in the original installation. There were frozen spring bearings, a broken hinge, and door runner wheels that were worn because they had no bearings. The spring support bar was too high resulting in mechanical stress to door movement. A track support bar needed to be stabilized. He was personable and explained what repairs were needed and why. He had the tools, parts and expertise to correct those defects. This is the first time that the garage door has fit flush with the floor. I suspect that repairs saved me from having to replace the door.

Just wanted to give a shout out to Precision. Their technician Garett showed up early, was friendly and professional. My door opener was pretty old (bout' 30 years old) and the chain had come off. Garett got the system working the way it should and adjusted. In my opinion, he went above and beyond what I expected. Thank you to Precision and to Garett. Highly recommended!

One of the springs failed a couple years after Precision replaced it. I called and in a little over an hour they came to replace it. Of course there was a service charge of $75, but, the part was free. Prompt and knowledgeable.

Tech came out within an hour after I called on a Monday morning. Diagnosed the problem right away. I had 2 issues one of which I was aware of and that was some stripped bolts on one of the roller brackets. He fixed that and also noticed the opener was not tracking correctly so he adjusted the opener. Every time I've used Precision they've responded quickly and efficiently. Very happy with their service.

A perfect gentleman throughout his visit. Explain options and went to work immediately--too just over an hour to install new opener and tighten tracks and helped to set up in the car. Service was great from Precision--called Thursday afternoon and by Friday at 10am all was finished.

My door opener has to be sync'd to the remotes while standing on a ladder. I wanted this service. I am too old to climb ladders and so is my wife. One door had a hithch in its operation before service, and there appears to be no change.

Because of a torsion spring break I needed repair service. The Precision web site is high quality so I called Precision first. I was given a same day repair quote. Adam arrived on time and repaired my garage door. I would rate all of the service I received as a "10+". The only thing that has not happened is that Adam told me I would receive an invoice online for the work that was done. He gave me a paper copy when I paid him. If and when I need repairs in the future I will definitely call Precision.

My garage door opener broke late Friday night and I was able to get an appointment next day on Saturday. Tom showed up early for my appointment as was done even before my original appointment was scheduled. I originally wanted to just repair the opener but he helped me understand how old my opener was and remembered that the previous owner also had to do a repair just last year, I went ahead with a new opener. Great price, quick service and Tom was very professional. I highly recommend this company and Tom.
