Before Donavan showed up we had a Ryobi garage door opener. When he left we had the best, a 3/4 horse belt drive Lift Master. Donavan was very professional and answered every question my wife and I had regarding the unit and how to operate it. When the job was completed he explained what he had done and went over the entire operation of the unit. He also left his card and told us to contact him at any time if we had further questions. We told him will be using Precision for any and all garage door repairs from this point forward. Install looks great! You can see that Donavan has the knowledge and takes pride in his work. What Awesome Service!! Spring broke Thursday eve, called at 7am on Friday and Donovan was here at 8am. Donovan explained everything very thoroughly and went to work. 45 minutes later the door was fixed. Extremely pleased. Will Certainly use Precision again!

DONOVAN WAS WONDERFUL. OUR GARAGE DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN AND CLOSE IT WOULD NOT LATCH, WE HAD A POWER OUTAGE AND I GUESS IT KICKED THE MOTOR OUT OF TIME OR SOMETHING BUT DONOVAN FIXED IT IN NO TIME. HE DID INDICATE THAT THEY USUALLY LAST 10 TO 15 YEARS BEFORE GETTING A NEW MOTOR I ASKED WHAT HE RECOMMENDED AND HE SAID IF IT WERE HIM HE WOULD TRY IT A COUPLE OF DAYS AND IF IT HAPPENED AGAIN THEN REPLACE MOTOR. VERY HONEST. WE WILL ALWAYS USE PRECISION GARAGE DOOR AND I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS. I DID ASK DONOVAN TO BE OUR SERVICE TECH WHEN HE COMES BACK TO REPLACE OR SERVICE GARAGE DOOR. I DID FORGET TO ASK HIM IF A REGULAR MAINTENANCE SHOULD BE DONE BY YOU FOLKS AND FORGOT.

I had them replace the original worn out all-steel garage door rollers with modern nylon sealed bearing rollers. All steel rollers sound like the old roller skates with steel wheels, which are hideously noisy. The noise level while operating the garage door dropped 10db, which doesn't sound like much numerically, but it actually is very significant (db is a log scale). Nice and quite/smooth operation now. Very happy with their speedy and professional work.
