Donovan Wygant came to my house to replace a garage door opener I lost. He arrived in less than 30 minutes, provided me with a new opener which he programed for me and then put my ladder up. He was respectful, helpful and fast. I was so impressed with him I had him put a Precision Door Service sticker next to the opener on the wall so I would have the phone number handy to call the next time I need service. Not something I have ever done and I'm old! Thank you Donovan. You were awesome.

Donavan showed up early, quickly identified the door suspension parts we needed, and explained them. He then discussed a new opener, explained the options, and I choose the opener I wanted. He then installed the suspension parts, the new opener, and programmed the remotes. He explained how to operate the new opener to my satisifaction. He was professional and knowledgleble, and very efficient. I was impressed, will call Precision again if the need arises.

Great job fixing my lower sensor on one of our garage doors. No more getting out of the car to close the door, which I've been doing for the past year! I posted a request on the website this weekend, and they called first thing Monday morning. All is fixed and I am happy!

Sunday Morning, Time to leave, Garage door will not open, reason broken lift Spring. We started using "Precision" in 2012 when we purchased our home, door needed repair then , again in 2015 when motor unit and spring both failed. We had no additional repairs in the follow 7 years until today. So we called Precision again. Visit was scheduled for Sunday afternoon, and James Rubesne was ID'd as our repair Tech. He called as promised to advise "on his way as scheduled" and arrived as promised. James obviously knew how to ID and repair the problem. Discussed what needed to be done with me, and the cost. of the repairs. He completed the repair and alignment process very smoothly in a reasonable period of time. Great job Done. I was glad we called Precision again.

I am impressed with the service Precision Garage Door delivered, and I chose them because of all the great online reviews. The technician (Donovan) replaced a broken spring, and performed a much needed overhaul on my garage door components. He communicated everything our door needed and also debriefed us after the job was completed. I feel we now have a brand new door for many years to come. I do not want to leave the fact that everything was done within two hours after my initial call on a Sunday morning. All work comes with a 5 year warranty. More than a garage door repair, we experienced the Precision Garage Door product.

The springs on our garage door needed to be replaced. I called on Sunday morning and our serviceman came within two hours and repaired our door.I would highly recommend Precision for your garage door!

Donovan is truly awesome. I contacted your company to have a garage door tune-up done and purchase an additional remote. After he completed the tune-up and we did the math & determined that with the daily use it is getting with two cars in and out (no...not the"burger chain") on a daily basis that we were past the typical life of the two springs. Without pressuring me in the slightest about replacing them, and describing how if the chains broke you could have one or both cars stuck inside the garage and not be able to get to work, I asked him if he wouldn't mind installing them even though it was about 6:00 PM on a SATURDAY night and he agreed without hesitation. He completed the job and went off his merry way to a dinner I hope he was not late for. If I could give him 6 stars out of 5 I would. He is an awesome employee and Precision is lucky to have him. If we ever need garage service in the future I will be asking for him specifically.!!! RJ

Called for an appointment on a Saturday. Donovan came out two hours later and went to work. I needed a new garage door opener and expected to pay a lot. I was very happy with the price, the work and the installer. I would definitely recommend.
