Excellent company! They came within a couple of hours of my call. We never noticed that there was something blocking our sensor but as soon as the tech came he checked that first. He left in 5 minutes and never even charged us for coming! We were very impressed and will be telling others about them.

Very pleased with James and he did great job. Not happy with scheduling appointment. Given appointment for between 4 and 6. No one showed up and I called back at 6 to see if still coming and told they would check on and no one called me back and no one showed up. Since I didn't hear back the next morning I called back and was given another time and was told someone from management would get back with me on what happened. Never heard back from anyone. Did get the work done but not sure if I will use again. I know things happen but for someone not to contact me is not professional

Called another company on Sunday, they said that I would be contacted on Monday morning to schedule a time. Called them again at 9am on Monday and was told the same thing. I called Precision at 11am after not being contacted by other company. I was scheduled for 4pm the same day. Tech contacted me and was able to arrive at 2:30. The job was completed by 3:30 and everything is working fine. I did finally hear from the other company after 4pm. To let them know they missed out.

My car was trapped in my garage because my garage door would not open up enough to get my car out. I called Precision Door because I could not get the service I had used before to come for several days. Precision Door said they would come the same day and they did. The serviceman had already put in a full days work when he arrived about 6:45 pm. He was not sure he had all the parts to repair the door. The serviceman worked until 8 PM and got my door working. He first manually opened the door so I could get the car out since I had an early appointment the next morning. The serviceman was courteous and knowledgable. However the door has started making a loud popping noise. I called yesterday and Precision Door is sending someone out today to check out the door.I am confident they will fix the proble.
