Donavon was a very helpful installer. I needed to replace my entire garage door as it buckled in the middle and wouldn't open or close. He quoted me the cost and then helped me get the old door open to get my car out and then ensured that it was closed until the new one could be installed. He was always early for the appointments, after calling to verify it was ok. I will definitely use Precision again if I ever need to.

Precision had done a good job before so I made them the first call when the springs gave up the ghost on my garage door. They had a technician at my house within hours, not days -- within the 2 hr window they gave me and the technician called 10 minutes prior to arriving. The necessary repairs were explained and reviewed with me before any work began. The cost seemed reasonable and when the service and responsiveness is this good you don't fret over the cost as much.

I called Precision for a broken tension spring, and they had a technician at my house within 4 hours. The tech conducted a thorough inspection and found some additional problems that I was unaware of such as frayed cables and broken track wheels. He presented me with several options for repair and finished the work in under 90 minutes. The door works just like new. I would highly recommend these guys for garage door repair.

Checked out the reviews and ratings. I called around noon on Friday because the spring has broke on my garage door. Tim the tech was at my house an hour later and the door was repaired within 45 minutes. Price was fair, tech was courtesy and my door was fixed. An overall good experience.

One thing you might tell your service people...it would be reallly helpful if they would write down rhe model and product number so I didn't have to climb the ladder to get it. Same day service and was great! I tried to install a key pad I purchased from a big box store and I screwed up everything! Donovan installed the Lift Master key pad, set up both doors to function properly, reset both our cars and our hand controls. All our bells and whistles work great!
