Very pleased with the ease of scheduling an appointment for service on a Sunday. The technician Donovan was on time and courteous. After doing an inspection of my problem he discussed multiple options available to me for the repair but never tried to push me into doing any particular one of the three choices. Once I made my decision he completed the work in a timely manner and demonstrated all work performed was fully functional and to my satisfaction before leaving. I appreciate the excellent customer service

Quick and friendly service but did not solve our issue. I live in a newer home with a side-mount garage door opener for a single-car garage. The technician recommended I contact Ankmar Door Service or Overhead door to resolve my issue because Precision Door does not have the expertise to work on side mount openers. Again, friendly service.... but I was left feeling like I wasted $75.00 on a service fee which resulted in just being referred to more capable companies.

I needed to have the springs replaced on a 22 year old garage door. Donovan, the technician couldn’t have been more polite and professional. He came in and gave me an estimate and then proceeded on with doing the work. There was no uncomfortable sales pitch involved but just giving me the facts to make a decision for myself. He did a great job. I like that they send a confirming email along with pictures of their technicians so that you feel more comfortable having them come into your house and do your garage repair. Such a good idea. I would recommend them 100%

The technician did a great job. On time and efficient. My main complaint is that they are much more expensive that other companies. I needed to get the repair done so I sucked it up. Just be aware.

Excellent and very prompt service. Called at 10:00 in the morning after calling two other garage door firms that could not come for three or four days. The Precision operator offered that a technician could come by noon. Donovan called first at 11:45; arrived just before noon and was finished before 1:00. Very pleased.

Extremely prompt service, called Sat. morning and had service call early aft same day, installed new opener, installer professional,knowledgeable, helpful. Quick install time 1-1.5 hrs. Comment : invoice was sent by phone after and does not identify model of opener installed. Literature left me references 5 different models? Checking reviews for model installed(eventually finding # on unit), I am not pleased with reviews and likely would not have purchased. Time will tell if poor reviews are justified, and if seemingly premium price warranted.
