Service was excellent. The springs had a 5 year warranty and lasted 5 years and 2 weeks. That was disappointing.

Very fast, efficient and professional! My garage opener died this morning at about 11. By 1:30 I had a new one installed and working perfectly! Tom was great and diligent! Normally I would have done it myself but with the cold weather a few hours away it was worth the extra money to get it done promptly! Plus The new opener was a great upgrade from my old chain drive! Highly recommend Precision!

Our garage door spring broke yesterday, we called this morning and they just finished. It was a very accurate estimate from beginning to the end. Garrett our technician was very professional and very informative and answered all our questions. We we're extremely happy with service from our initial call thru the end of our appointment. We have called other businesses who just push that you need to replace everything. Not these guys. We will definitely use them in the future.

5 Stars Your technician Bobby was great. He gave me an estimate that was very fair and done great work. He even took the time to check and lube and repair my other door while he was here. I would highly recommend Precision for anyone needing garage door repairs. I called them after hours at 8pm and they came the next morning by 9:30 to fix my spring. I had called Precision to take a look at our garage door openers as we were having some issues with one of them. Donovan came out to diagnose the issue, made a few adjustments and suggestions and even lubed the tracks for the doors. Oh, I forgot to mention an important part...I literally called to schedule a visit EARLIER THAT MORNING and they were able to send someone out that afternoon. That alone makes me a lifetime client.
