The technician did a great job. On time and efficient. My main complaint is that they are much more expensive that other companies. I needed to get the repair done so I sucked it up. Just be aware.

Excellent and very prompt service. Called at 10:00 in the morning after calling two other garage door firms that could not come for three or four days. The Precision operator offered that a technician could come by noon. Donovan called first at 11:45; arrived just before noon and was finished before 1:00. Very pleased.

Bobby was on time, very knowledgeable, and got us taken care of. I would recommend Precision to anyone! We had a broken spring and we decided to replace them all and upgrade to their full service package to get everything tuned up. Extremely prompt service, called Sat. morning and had service call early aft same day, installed new opener, installer professional,knowledgeable, helpful. Quick install time 1-1.5 hrs. Comment : invoice was sent by phone after and does not identify model of opener installed. Literature left me references 5 different models? Checking reviews for model installed(eventually finding # on unit), I am not pleased with reviews and likely would not have purchased. Time will tell if poor reviews are justified, and if seemingly premium price warranted.

We had our garage door opener installed by precision door service, several years ago. On Saturday the bracket that connect the opener to the garage door, broke. We called precision and they came out the next day, which was a Sunday. There was no additional charge for a Sunday service call and our technician (bobby)was cheerful, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. He replaced the bracket and was done in a very short time. We felt the price was reasonable for what was done and the new bracket is much more heavy duty than the original one. We will definately use precision door service anytime we need repairs or replacement of a garage door in the future.

This is five star service. A garage door spring broke again and on the same side. I decided to call Precision this time and they got me on the schedule immediately. In fact, they where even able to arrive sooner than promised. James arrived and gave me an honest evaluation of my situation. I gave him the approval to proceed with the recommended work. I watched him do the whole job and I don't believe he made a single movement without a specific purpose. He definitely knew what he was doing. I am a handicapped senior and consequently am now able to repair this kind of situation myself. I would use Precision again and may even ask that James comes to do the work.

Bobby made sure that the replacement springs would work for my custom garage door. He also made sure to get the work done on Friday so my wife, returning from travel, would be able to use the garage for her vehicle. I needed to have the springs replaced on a 22 year old garage door. Donovan, the technician couldn’t have been more polite and professional. He came in and gave me an estimate and then proceeded on with doing the work. There was no uncomfortable sales pitch involved but just giving me the facts to make a decision for myself. He did a great job. I like that they send a confirming email along with pictures of their technicians so that you feel more comfortable having them come into your house and do your garage repair. Such a good idea. I would recommend them 100%
