Checked out the reviews and ratings. I called around noon on Friday because the spring has broke on my garage door. Tim the tech was at my house an hour later and the door was repaired within 45 minutes. Price was fair, tech was courtesy and my door was fixed. An overall good experience.

When the spring on my old garage door opener broke, I asked my neighbor who he had used to fix his door and he highly recommended Precision to me. One thing you might tell your service people...it would be reallly helpful if they would write down rhe model and product number so I didn't have to climb the ladder to get it. I was oping it would be on the invoice but I didn't see it.

Same day service and was great! I tried to install a key pad I purchased from a big box store and I screwed up everything! Donovan installed the Lift Master key pad, set up both doors to function properly, reset both our cars and our hand controls. All our bells and whistles work great!
