Five Stars for sure! Excellent service, extremely polite and efficient serviceman, was at my home on time (confirmed by phone 10 minutes before arriving), and the price was right. My garage door was fixed with a new part in no time at all. It is the second time they come to repair one of my garage doors and both times, I was extremely pleased with the service. I recommend Precision without hesitation.

Good job josh.works better,not twisted anymore.i will consider your proposal on a new unit in my resrarch.Im in sales ,just a recommendation just tweek your labor process estimate just a hair and let the customer know what the price is after the service fee before the work begins and that will eliminate the hassle of your potential customer disagreeing with the labor cost you asked for after the work was compleated.upfront always seems to work well is my understanding.for the time Josh worked on my door and the price he charged i am super happy with the service and the price .Thanks again Ed BLoodworth.

My garage door would not open & it was Sunday morning. When I googled 24 hr garage door service, Precision's website popped up first. Friendly site, good reviews...done. I called & was placed on a not very long hold. Rep was professional & friendly. Bobby was my service person. He was also professional & friendly. Answered my questions, did the repairs in a half hour and it was over. I will using Precision going forward.

Our garage door opener died, due to a burned out controller circuit board. We called Precision, because they had serviced our garage door before. The tech, Bill, came out to our house in less than an hour. After diagnosing the problem, he had to call around to find a replacement circuit board. He installed the board the following morning. While inspecting the door, he found that the lift cables were frayed, so he replaced those as well. Less than 24 hours from initial call to service completed. Pretty good, Precision!

First of all, it was a good idea to tell me ahead of time the name of your technician who would be coming to fix our garage door. That way, when the phone call came and Zach's name showed up on the screen, I knew it was him calling to let me know he was on his way. He was cordial and had the problem fixed very quickly. .
