Five Stars for sure! Excellent service, extremely polite and efficient serviceman, was at my home on time (confirmed by phone 10 minutes before arriving), and the price was right. My garage door was fixed with a new part in no time at all. It is the second time they come to repair one of my garage doors and both times, I was extremely pleased with the service. Good job josh.works better,not twisted anymore.i will consider your proposal on a new unit in my resrarch.Im in sales ,just a recommendation just tweek your labor process estimate just a hair and let the customer know what the price is after the service fee before the work begins and that will eliminate the hassle of your potential customer disagreeing with the labor cost you asked for after the work was compleated.upfront always seems to work well is my understanding.for the time Josh worked on my door and the price he charged i am super happy with the service and the price .Thanks again Ed BLoodworth.

I called & was placed on a not very long hold. Rep was professional & friendly. Bobby was my service person. He was also professional & friendly. Our garage door opener died, due to a burned out controller circuit board. We called Precision, because they had serviced our garage door before. The tech, Bill, came out to our house in less than an hour. After diagnosing the problem, he had to call around to find a replacement circuit board. He installed the board the following morning. While inspecting the door, he found that the lift cables were frayed, so he replaced those as well. Less than 24 hours from initial call to service completed. Pretty good, Precision!

I work in the real estate industry. The garage door broke 1 hour before the final walk through the night before closing. Mind you it was Sunday. I called and they had someone there within an hour. I asked him to work as fast as he could and he got an entire brand new system installed right before the buyers came to walk through the home!!! This company worked on my personal residence and that's how I had their number but I can guarantee they're my new go to for real estate and everything! I'll be telling the 400 other agents in my company as well as everyone I know. They saved my deal which I am double ending (representing both buyer and seller).
