Our door came off it’s track and was jammed in the half open position. It was mid-afternoon on Friday. I was afraid that we would have to leave the door open overnight. Called the folks at Precision Door and they were there in two hours! Had it fixed in 30 minutes! I’ve never experienced such incredible service. Thanks, Precision.

Donavan showed up early, quickly identified the door suspension parts we needed, and explained them. He then discussed a new opener, explained the options, and I choose the opener I wanted. He then installed the suspension parts, the new opener, and programmed the remotes. He explained how to operate the new opener to my satisifaction. He was professional and knowledgleble, and very efficient. I was impressed, will call Precision again if the need arises.

Sunday Morning, Time to leave, Garage door will not open, reason broken lift Spring. We started using "Precision" in 2012 when we purchased our home, door needed repair then , again in 2015 when motor unit and spring both failed. We had no additional repairs in the follow 7 years until today. So we called Precision again. Visit was scheduled for Sunday afternoon, and James Rubesne was ID'd as our repair Tech. He called as promised to advise "on his way as scheduled" and arrived as promised. James obviously knew how to ID and repair the problem. Discussed what needed to be done with me, and the cost. of the repairs. He completed the repair and alignment process very smoothly in a reasonable period of time. Great job Done. I was glad we called Precision again.

My garage door was not functioning and I wasn’t sure why. Turns out my spring broke, so I had one car stuck inside and one car stuck outside. I had used another company in the past, but they were always late. I saw a commercial for Precision that they work wkends and don’t charge extra for this service, so I called and got same-day service! The technician was knowledgeable, kind and helpful. He replaced my springs and gave me an idea of cost and timeframe of next-steps, which is helpful for budgeting. Spending money on these types of repairs is never fun, but he made it a pleasant experience. Thank you!

Donavon was a very helpful installer. I needed to replace my entire garage door as it buckled in the middle and wouldn't open or close. He quoted me the cost and then helped me get the old door open to get my car out and then ensured that it was closed until the new one could be installed. He was always early for the appointments, after calling to verify it was ok. I will definitely use Precision again if I ever need to.

I called Precision for a broken door spring as my wife's car was stuck inside. It sure is nice when a company gets you in fast, shows up on time and knows what they are doing. Precision's work was fast and skillful and before they started, gave me a quote and explained the estimate. They patched the spring to quickly get my wife's car out, then did the repair. Very impressed with the speed and knowledge of the tech.

Zack came early in the appointment time, evaluated the needs to repair a garage door, and completed the repair promptly. He was thorough, explained what he was doing thoroughly, and was easy to talk to. He inspected two doors, and replaced a spring, bearings and rollers, drums on one door. The second door needed no repair.

I called at 1pm and the technician was here at 2:30 and had our door repaired 30 minutes later. Technician Bobby explained what needed to be done and the price. He had the parts with him so there wasn’t any waiting for them to be ordered and another trip to be scheduled. This is the second or third time we have called and have never had to wait very long for them to show up. Technician was friendly and knowledgeable.

Can't say enough good about these guys. Bobby was knowledgeable and very professional. My door wouldn't open more than a foot then would stop. Knowing it wasn't a sensor problem I called Precision and Bobby found that my opener gears were off track. He adjusted them and the opener seems to work fine. While I may need a new opener soon, mine is 20 years old, there was no high pressure sales to get a new one then. Fast and efficient.

I called Precision because the very old spring on my manual garage door snapped. I was amazed that within 1.5 hours a tech was at my door. The technician who came out was Bobby Rubesne. He was super informative and honest. He explained all the details of the spring repair with cost and gave me information on an automatic system. He definitely made me feel better and more informed. I couldn't believe how easy it was to make my manual door automatic instead. He was able to do the repair right away and within a few hours I had a new (safer) spring system and an automatic door. After 4 years of using the manual door I am so incredibly happy to just push a button to open my garage. I highly recommend Precision and Bobby because I feel like they were quick, efficient and honest.

WOW, I just got robbed. I've been using this company for about 12 years. Service in the passed was reasonable and good work, no complaints. So just had a spring brake which was covered under the 5 year warranty. James came out and during inspection he found that the center spring being ($69), the garage end bearing set ($199), the end drums ($199), nylon roller wheels ($199), needed replacement. Now knowing any better I agreed to a $600 bill. Curious, I decided to look up all the parts replaced on Amazon, 2 drums ($13), roller wheels set ($13), 2 end bearing plates ($11), and steel bearing for the springs ($8) for a grand total of $45. I feel like a total idiot but I had no idea what the parts cost, the mark up for parts was a complete rip off. Buyer be ware. Never Again.

I picked you guys because you were the first one I saw on my Google search for garage repair Littleton. It was quick and easy to make an appointment. Robert was very polite and fixed my garage quickly. I made my appointment at 9:45 and the garage was fixed by 11:30! I loved the fast and responsive service. My only complaint is the price, I knew I was paying more than I would if I'd gone with another company but to pay almost $300 more was a little hard to swallow. I had the springs, rollers, pulleys, and cables replaced on my garage door.
