I called Precision, as a satisfied repeat customer.....last service was 2011. I spoke with Candace, on Fri. Jan 15, 2021. Within an hour, Zac Bedard, responded and not only replaced a worn out 17 year old keypad outside of my garage door. He did a 25 pt safety inspection. It's been 10 years....Zac was able to show me a number of issues that needed preemptive action....no pressure....he replaced the worn parts....and tightened areas that had become loose over time. We were very pleased with the repair to our garage door. The repairman Zach was very professional and extremely polite. It opens very quietly now compared to what it had been. He replaced several rollers and springs and other things and I will say it was all done much faster than I expected. Chose this company based on reviews and ratings from the internet and we were not disappointed. They were able to come out within 3 hours after I called to make an appointment. My specialist arrived and easily assessed the problem as a few loose bolts. He corrected the situation, didn't charge for the few minutes, and explained the future preventative maintenance. I expect we will see them again for a PM.

Don’t use these guys. They come out, overcharge, leave parts and leave your door worse than they found it. My spring was replaced but now the door gaps on the side, occasionally pops, and sometimes refuses to close going up over and over. I emailed and called to complain, nobody cares. I was told the owner would call, he didn’t, I’ve had the problems unresolved since February

I called yesterday and you came the same day at the time you said you would. Not only were you able to fix the door with very little trouble but your technician also had all the nuts and screws and bolts and drills that he needed. Incredibly enough, he also knew exactly where they were in his box. He was here only about 20 minutes and the door is like new! He was very polite and I can’t thank you enough. I would highly recommend you to everyone I know!

The repairman, Zac, was able to work a day earlier than the scheduled appointment. That was wonderful because my car was trapped inside the garage! He did a safety check on the door and explained in detail what he could do-I chose to have the garage door repaired and he proceeded to work. He was very professional and worked quickly. Same day service, on a Saturday, no extra charge? We couldn't be happier. Our other garage opener put in by the builder 5 years ago had been nothing but one problem after another. Precision replaced the spring on our garage door in 2009 after it pretty much disintegrated, it dated originally from 2000. We had them back a couple of weeks ago to repeat this and give the door a general check-up since we didn't want a broken spring such as caused the problem last time. They did fine but we started having problems with it a couple of days ago. They came out this afternoon (Sunday) and fixed it. It could well be argued that this was a (kinda) separate issue so I would not have felt it unreasonable to have paid for it. However, they treated it as related to the original job and refused payment. I have to say these days, it's refreshing to find a company who claim to put customer service first and actually do so. I'd certainly recommend them - also friendly and helpful, which always helps when you have to have someone in your house (or in this case, garage.)

I had a spring break on my garage door and was leaving town the next day. Of course, this added an element of urgency to the repair, as my family uses the garage as our primary entrance to our home. After calling another company (that took over 4 hours to return my call), I called Precision and was given a same day appointment. Bill was actually able to get to my house earlier than scheduled and called to confirm that was OK. Not only was he able to replace my broken spring, but he performed a thorough inspection of my garage door and was able to troubleshoot some other maintenance items that needed attention - saving me more money with potential future problems. Bill was professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I was fortunate to have found Precision on line and will be using them in the future for all my garage door maintenance and repair work. Orginally Robert was just going to install 2 new springs and replace some bearings and such. After he had done all that, the old garage door opener was not performing well, so I asked if he had time to install a new one and just have it all done at once, even though we had not requested that at the start of our appointment. He said absolutely, he would make time to complete the whole job for us. I was very impressed with his professionalism and how courteous he was. He is a top notch technician. We knew our door was not properly installed in the beginning, by a different company, and just wanted to "buy some time" before being forced to purchase a new door.
