We’ve used Precision before and had a good experience so called them this time when we needed a repair. Called around 7am and talked with nice lady….very professional. They were able to get me scheduled the same day and had someone to my house mid-morning. Mark was the tech. Super nice, knowledgeable man. Very personable…they are lucky to have him as an employee.

The repair man showed up a our house and immediately started complaining the the garage door was old and he didn't work on old doors. He was quite surly about it. The door works and needs some adjustments. That's why I called them. Then they charged us for a service call. I don't need repairmen like that. It was a no star experience.

Garage door problems never happen at an easy time! We were on our way to an event when we couldn't open our door. I had seen Precision Door advertisements many times. After checking some reviews, we gave them a call. An appointment was made for that afternoon. We received excellent service by phone and in person. The technician, Josh Osborn and rapid service time was excellent. I had no problems with the labor costs, particularly considering how quickly your response time was. I feel gouged however by your markup. I see a pair of the same springs for $150 (on the high side retail). You charged $250 each. Unless my math is off that’s a 230% markup. Thank you Precision Door Service for providing help the same day we called and for sending Jesse who was exceptional. Our 29 y.o. garage door was malfunctioning but Jesse immediately saw the problem- a broken spring. He went on to carefully assess every part of our garage door mechanism and opener. He showed us the parts that were worn out and explained the level of services that he could offer. There was no pressure from him, just clear explanations. We ended up asking him to replace the entire mechanism and motor. He spent hours working to get our garage door working again. In spite of the late hour, he took the time to make sure that we knew how to use the new opener and the new features that it provides. Jesse is an excellent ambassador for your company. We are very glad that he was able to respond to our call.

Jessie was fantastic. Great communication for an arrival time, walked me thru everything that he would be doing and then a price quote. Hard core upselling is a deal breaker for me but I didnt have any of that with Jessie. He was straight forward and honest and that's why I'll call your company back for any future work! I didn't realize how much was involved with a garage door but, Jessie was great at explaining all the components and how they functioned. Well done on your hiring Ben!
