Our tech was amazing and so very helpful. I am so sorry that I don't remember his name....but he's from Miami. (Please thank him for us.) He called to see if he could arrive early. We happily said 'yes'. Our garage door went 'wonky' and would only go up a little bit. Both of our remote openers went 'wonky', too. He did exceptional work in a short amount of time. The fee for service was a great value. Will absolutely use this company again for our garage door needs.

Precisions communication is awesome! I got an appointment the same day I called. I was quoted a time but they were able to come out earlier. The service guy came out and fixed my problem. He educated me on the manufacture of the garage door. He was very friendly. I will definitely use this company again!

Didn't have to wait so long for a appointment, Did a great job, fixed it within an hour. Track had come off and caused the bolts to break away from the wall and broke both lift Cables. Happy with the work that was done.

My garage door opener had a catastrophic failure and Precision was able to get a tech out to me in less then 24 hours and replace it. Bobby (the tech) was extremely professional and quick. for something that would have taken me 8-10 hours on my own with multiple trips to the store he was able to complete the job and train me on additional set up within an hour and a half. My second dealing with Precision and I would use them again without hesitation.

Quick service, was able to get a technician the same day I called within 3 hours. Receptionist and technician very professional. A little pricey for the garage door opener but wanted to get done to avoid having to call for replacement sooner than later. Have seen ads in mailers and reviewed website

My wife and I had a very positive experience with Bobby Rubesne. Bobby was friendly, courteous, and informative about our broken torsion spring problem. Giving us several options, we just chose to replace the spring and ATL center bearing - as the other parts were still serviceable, even though about 25 years old. He said t he repairs would take about 30 minutes, but was hrough in about 15-20 minutes. He called before showing up as requested so I could put up our show dogs, giving us enough time as we our in our 70s and crippled.

He came on time and fix the door. He said the springs were about to brake and other parts did not past the test.I ask about replacement parts and said the door was to old no parts The panel on the door is not in good. The door need to be replaced. This cost me $140.00 and the door might brake or would not open or get stuck open replacement $1000.00 along that line. Ater he fix it and then said the stuff about might not work dd not leave me with good feeling

Called around 2:30 on a Saturday as the flimsy hardware on my garage door had broken causing a panel to disengage. They were there in the two hour window they gave me and put some sturdy hardware on all the hinged parts of the door. All done by 6:15. Very personable and professional and they use quality parts. Won't call anyone else in the future.

My garage door had some serious issues...wouldn't open all the way and was making an awful noise so I called Precision Door Service. I called in the morning and they came out the same day (within 3 hours). I was given a 2 hour window and the technician showed up within that time. He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and FAST. It turned out that it had a broken spring and hadn't been serviced in 17 years (my fault) so James Rubesne was my hero and gave it a complete overhaul and was done in no time. Thank you Precision & James!

Our double car garage door would not move up or down. I tried the manual method to move it but could not. So I called Precision and they were able to send out a technician out same day! The technician immediately found the problem, a broken spring, and within 1 hour he had the door repaired. The door works now like it was almost brand new. Thank you Precision.
