I called on a Tuesday afternoon at around 5, the receptionist was very professional, took the information needed, type of door and what was wrong and was able to get me an appointment the next day first thing in the morning. Greg showed up right on time, quickly resolved the problem and I gave him the go ahead to repair. Without any time lost, parts were on the truck and the job was done. He even identified another possible problem on my other door that will need to be addressed sometime in the future. I will definitely stay with Precision Garage Door! Thank you Greg!

Rick was amazing at how well he got my banged up, crooked and squeaky garage door working like new in no time! I was glad I got a pro who knew what he is doing! He showed up, diagnosed the problem, explained my options and was honest about what I could do to fix the problem. He replaced my rollers and cables among other things that I am not sure because I was busy painting my house at the time. Rick does great work! Thank you!

I'm sorry I don't remember the name of the employee that was at my house, but he was very honest and courteous. I assumed I would have to replace the door opener, but he stated that he could repair the chain and purchase of a new opener wasn't necessary at this time. 5 Stars.

Robert came out to help us this on both days. Some construction workers removing drywall broke some of the sensor wireing so he was able to get it fixed. Two days later as they were installing the new drywall they messed it up some more. Robert cut into his schedule and installed new wiring and sensers and we kept the drywall guys away from them. Robert is very good at his work and a great guy. 5 Star rating.

I had concerns about my garage door making a loud noise when opened. I saw a special ad for your inspection and wheel replacement on Amazon Local. I called and was given a very prompt appointment. Robert came out and knew exactly what was making the noise. He fixed it and replaced the wheels. The door is completely silent now. Robert was very nice, efficient, and there was no "high pressure sales" attempts. I appreciated that very much and will call Precision for any future garage door problems. Thanks very much for the good service.

The work was performed professionally and met my expectations. What was not well received was the unnecessary push for additional services and unneeded equipment. My wife handled the service call and she was pushed to replace both springs instead of the single spring that broke. On top of that the service representative tried to convince her to replace the rollers on my garage door. My house is only 4 years old, I am surprised that this additional work and equipment was sold and positioned. I felt taken advantage of.

Our technicians are trained to do a 25 point safety inspection and give recommendations to repair your door. If you had a spring break after only 4 years then you either use the door far more frequently than the average or the springs were sub standard quality. Springs are typically installed in pairs and the life expectancy of each will be about the same. The springs should last minimum 8-10 years if all other parts are in good condition. We recommend the springs being changed together and our rollers are commercial grade neoprene with 13 steel bearings, steel stems and allow the door to run smooth and quiet.
