When the spring on my garage door broke, locking my vehicles in the garage, I called Precision Door Service. An appointment was set and Zac the technician arrived within two hours of my first phone call. Zac performed an inspection, made recommendations and completed the work on my door within an hour. We are extremely happy with the results!

I called Precision when my garage door wouldn't open on Saturday morning. They were able to provide a repair window that was within 2 hours of my call. On the phone they asked if an earlier time came available would that be acceptable and I let them know it would be. Within 20 minutes I received a call from Tom stating he could be at my house within 10 minutes. Tom arrived promptly and finished the replacement of the spring and bearings quickly allowing me to get on with my day.

I've used Precision Door twice now when my garage door wouldn't close. I found them online & they had good reviews. My own experience is that their service call charge is extremely reasonable, and their employees are knowledgeable and incredibly helpful - I learned a lot that I didn't know from both times, which might help prevent future service calls. To me, that's the mark of an ethical company; one that helps educate its clients rather than keeping the knowledge to itself in order to drum up repeat business. I'm really glad I found this firm.

I woke up on a Saturday morning to discover a broken spring on my garage door, I called the last garage door company that serviced my account and was greeted by a voicemail message stating WE ARE CLOSED ! I searched on Google and found Precision Garage Door, I called them and was greeted by a pleasant service representative who delighted me by telling me there was an opening for a same day visit ! Greg showed up 10 minute early (good), and gave a couple of options with the prices. He said it would take about 45 minutes. 45 minutes later the work and the overview were complete. It did cost a little more than I expected, but it was a job well done (correctly).

Howdy, Your first repairman showed up and in five minutes spotted the problem, a broken spring for which he said he didn't have a replacement and would try to be back the next day but the day after that would be the best and the price would be $179.00, He said he would telephone me the next morning and let me know what was happening. He never called. We called on Wednesday and a different man came out and replaced the spring in an hour or less.

Quality work -- Caleb worked most of the day installing my new garage door and opener. He's a perfectionist, and would not leave until the door was installed and running perfectly. Arrived on time -- professional in all respects. You may be able to get the work done for less, but if you want the best this is the place.

I had an issue with my garage door and needed service on a Sunday. I called and was provided a service time between 8am-10am. The service man arrived at 9 and was completed in an hour. While services the garage door he suggested a change in the rollers but stated that it was not a necessity and explained the benefits. I went with new rollers and the service and price was excellent and I would highly recommend this company to others....Great job and very please!!

The tech, Cabes, found that the spring was broken. But, also found a few other problems that could have helped cause the spring to brake. Such as the end plates with the bearing that one was frozen, the other had no bearing left. A cable was coming apart. I basicly have a new door now, warrantied for five years but, I think it's going to last longer. I would highly recommend this company for any garage door repairs or replacement for that matter.

Good service. The gentleman who came to our house was professional and informative. We thought the problem was cause by one thing and the repairman diagnosed the problem as something different. I was having some issues with my garage door not closing unless I held the remote button down. I found Precison on the internet, notic d the 5 star rating and scheduled an appointment. I received a call from one of their team, he said prior to him coming out he would like to run me through some troubleshooting, it turns out that one of my safety sensors was out of alignment and door is functions as it should be. This could have easily been a 5 minute service call, but instead saved me both time and money. I will use and recommend Precison for all future garage door needs.
