Awesome service, and reasonable price. Repair guy not only fixed my broken door, he straightened the tracks and tightened bolts that were interfering with the door operation and replaced the rollers so the old metal door doesn’t sound like Armageddon when it opens. Have already recommended Precision to friends and coworkers.

It is so refreshing to meet a worker that knows customer service. The young man that came to my house, I think he said Mark, was so helpful and knowledgeable about what to do with my door. It shows that your company not only trains their employees the business of application but customer service. Some employees have a natural ability in customer service that you don't get in training, and that was this young man. He fulfilled all the qualifications for an excellent employee.

Have used you in the past with great results. Two broken springs and other parts left the door inoperable. My garage door fell off the tracks on at 8:30 Sunday morning. I saw your ad for 24/7 service and called. Mark Hudson was at my home by 10am, put the door on its tracks and we discussed repair cost verses replacement cost. It made since to go with a new door and opener, they were installed on Thursday. He tested the the garage door operation several times to make sure the problem was resolved before he left.
