Have used you in the past with great results. Two broken springs and other parts left the door inoperable. Marc diagnosed the problem in minutes and completed the needed overhaul faster than I thought possible. Marc provided great customer service . Gave us options and kept us informed. Won't call any other company for my garage door needs.

My garage door fell off the tracks on at 8:30 Sunday morning. I saw your ad for 24/7 service and called. Mark Hudson was at my home by 10am, put the door on its tracks and we discussed repair cost verses replacement cost. It made since to go with a new door and opener, they were installed on Thursday. Jessie was terrific! He provided prompt and thorough service. He was quickly able to determine the problem with my garage door and proceeded to fix it. He tested the the garage door operation several times to make sure the problem was resolved before he left. He also explained upgrade options, which I will probably pursue in order to have a more permanent fix. Very professional!

Garage door would only work intermittently. I called on Monday and the technician, Zac, was here at 8:30 am the following morning He was very friendly, knowlegeable and professional. He found and explained the problem. He had the part on hand to repair the door. Less than 24 hours after I called, the door is repaired, works great and fair price.

Wonderful experience. Called on a Sunday and Garrett came a few hours later. Our spring snapped and car was stuck in the garage. He did an awesome job, the price options and breakdown were straightforward, and he even helped explain/fix our keypads not working since we bought our home recently. I chose them due to the fast response and also no surcharge for being a weekend! Thanks for the great service.

PDS sent a technician out in under 24 hours, James was efficient & personable, diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes, had the parts on hand and resolved the problem in less than an hour. Our old garage door came out of its tracks and separated into many pieces. A neighbor recommended PDS and a technician inspected the damage the next day. He found that the door panels were still good and proposed replacing the damaged and worn out parts instead of installing a new door. This would save a substantial amount of time and money. He finished the replacement the next morning to my complete satisfaction.

The spring on the garage door broke at 3:00pm today. I called and was given an appointment for tomorrow. At 3:15 pm Tom the manager called and said he noticed that my car was trapped inside he said he was going to try to get a technician out this afternoon. At 4:15 pm Zach arrived diagnosed the problem presented us with our options for repair and did the repair and had it completed by 6:00 pm. We were very impressed with Precision Garage Door especially with Tom for getting a technician out late in the afternoon and for Zach who was very professional and wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

I looked for a company in my area and saw Precision listed. I called for a service appointment as garage door would not open. I tried troubleshooting on my own to no avail. James was dispatched and gained entrance to the inside of the garage to discover the opener unit had lived its lifespan already. He installed a new opener unit in less than an hour and the peace of mind of not being locked out or locked IN is satisfying.
