I looked at garage door repair sites online. This one had very good reviews, also they had pictures of the technicians. I had 12-2 appointment. My t5ech was Jesse, the job he was on before mine was complicated and he called to let me know before noon that he would need more time there. I appreciated the call. He called to let me know he was on his way. Jesse is polite and professional. Also he put up with my mischievous dog, who stole his gloves twice. The price was what I expected and garage door works great and is quiet! I would recommend Precision to everyone!

Precision Door Service bailed me out when I put myself in a garage door jam. Moving into a new house and the garage door stuck on one side, twisted it, and pulled it out of its tracks. I had so many errands to run, but the house would be completely unsecured with the garage door jammed open. I called Precision, and a person answered the phone; Not an answering service. The person on the phone got a technician out to the house within 3 hours, and the technician fixed it. No parts, just technician expertise. With it fixed in under an hour, the service cost was less that $100! The technician was personable, knowledgable, and no-nonsense. No attempt to upsale or convince me I needed new equipment or a new door. He just handled it quickly and was on his way. I will call Precision first with future garage door service needs.

Zac did a great job of assessing the issues quickly and presenting multiple options on how to proceed. The garage door itself needed an overhaul and the opener was struggling, so we opted to have it all done as it hadn't been serviced in at least 15 years. He completed the entire visit in about 2 hours total and everything is working great now, smooth and quiet.
