Thank you Precision Door Service for providing help the same day we called and for sending Jesse who was exceptional. Our 29 y.o. garage door was malfunctioning but Jesse immediately saw the problem- a broken spring. He went on to carefully assess every part of our garage door mechanism and opener. He showed us the parts that were worn out and explained the level of services that he could offer. There was no pressure from him, just clear explanations. We ended up asking him to replace the entire mechanism and motor. He spent hours working to get our garage door working again. In spite of the late hour, he took the time to make sure that we knew how to use the new opener and the new features that it provides. Jesse is an excellent ambassador for your company. We are very glad that he was able to respond to our call.

A spring suddenly broke on my garage door, and I contacted Precision right away. Mark was the technician, and was a consummate professional. When I met him at the door, he was the technician, but when we said goodbye, I considered him a friend. Not only did he fix the spring, but installed a new opener, as my previous equipment was over 30 years old. We talked as he was making the repairs, and I thoroughly enjoyed our conversation as he worked. Great job, and thank you Marc!

Jessie was fantastic. Great communication for an arrival time, walked me thru everything that he would be doing and then a price quote. Hard core upselling is a deal breaker for me but I didnt have any of that with Jessie. He was straight forward and honest and that's why I'll call your company back for any future work! I didn't realize how much was involved with a garage door but, Jessie was great at explaining all the components and how they functioned. Well done on your hiring Ben!

The technicians were super nice. They took a quick inventory of the problem and fixed it quickly, completely and did a great job. They had to fix a cable, install new metal tracks and realign the lights at the bottom so the door will close.

My husband and I were thrilled by the service Precision Door Service provided. Our older garage door was instilled during the 90's and was in bad shape. One call to Precision, and there was a knowledgeable tech here in a two hours. James was prompt, very polite, efficient and an excellent worker. Within less than two hours, James had made some necessary repairs and installed a new belt garage door opener. Before James left, he reprogramed our two vehicles. Jesse was the technician who worked on my garage door today. His previous appointment finished early so he called and asked, very politely and almost apologizing, if he could come early. I had been warned that my opener was on its last leg so I wasn’t surprised that it needed to be replaced, and it died as I opened the door to let Jesse in. The whole process took less than 2 hours. Jesse took the old opener & all the packaging with him, left my garage spotless, and I’m so very pleased

My key pad quit working and James came out and installed new one.. He was effiencent knowledgeable and explained everything. He checked everything concerning the garage door mechanism. We had Precision install new openers when we first moved into this house and everything works great. One of the pushbutton controlers was not working well now, after 6 years, so Bill replaced that for us. He als recommended and performed some regular maintenance on the lifters, hinges, etc. and now everything works like new again. Great job, and we feel ready for winter.
