The technician, Jim, was knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He identified several issues that had been causing problems with the garage door opening and closing. He corrected each one. The door works better now than when it was new. I highly recommend Precision. They do great work.

Excellent service, called on a Sunday techs arrived on time,diagnosed the issue and repaired quickly. Techs were clear on up front cost and didn’t deviate from the agreed price. I was adviced on some future concerns that needed addressing. They were not pushy and informed me to reach out when I do decide to move forward. Precision replaced a garage door opener at my son’s home and he was very happy with it so decided to let them replace my 15 year old unit. The new one is so much more quiet, it can be opened with a phone, has a camera and can be set up for Amazon key for delivery’s. Pretty cool, thanks.

I had used Precision Door service previously and was very happy with the service so I knew this was the place to call when I wanted my garage door unit and remote key pad replaced. James let me know his expected arrival time and arrived on the dot. Upon arrival he did a safety inspection and pointed out a few things (cables, brackets) that should also be done at this time. The person who answered the phone was very polite and helpful. The technician arrived on time and did a very careful and good job repairing what my problem was with the garage door opener. He explained to me everything that had happened and what he was going to do to repair the problem. He was very friendly and polite. If I have further problems, I would unhesitantly call Precision.

Install went well, I wish I could have seen a door and price sheet. Only got a verbal price, not seeing a price list was uncomfortable and made me feel like I did not get the best deal.

All went very well! James was great and very professional. Was surprised to find he was able to come out shortly after I called. The young woman who took the order was also very friendly and proficient. Broken spring and rollers were replaced and the creaky groaning sounds are now gone. Precision did some work on this door several years ago so that's why I called them first. So refreshing to have something go this smoothly and quickly. Now......if I could only find an auto repair shop or mobile mechanic that would be this good that could fix my Mustang!
