We’ve used Precision before and had a good experience so called them this time when we needed a repair. Called around 7am and talked with nice lady….very professional. They were able to get me scheduled the same day and had someone to my house mid-morning. Mark was the tech. Super nice, knowledgeable man. Very personable…they are lucky to have him as an employee.

Marc was a good worker. But no help getting our Lexus 350 to link up with the opener. Said to go to YOU TUBE University.. The MyQ help is very frustrating and we still can't get the system to register with our car. I don't want to share my email with them. SO Why is it so hard?? In the past it was easy. Now it is a 2 hr. journey through the internet, registering and passwords etc. what a waste... and you never know if it is working until the end and then it says you are not.. WOW, so a big frustrating weekend trying to get it to sync up. Spent as much time as Marc did with the install and no help from Web site. Seems like Lift Master is a bit too cute on being hi tech without the basics of getting things done and helping the customer. WHY? Been on the website for 30 minutes and no HELP with Amber.... AI is not working.. Hope to hear from you on Monday. Paul O.

Even Though I missed my initial appointment, they called me back and set up another appointment, and the response time was great once again. The performed a much needed overhaul of my garage door with 5 year warranty on all the parts that they installed, and they also replaced my garage door safety sensor at no additional cost. I went with Precision because of seeing the TV ads and seen trucks in my neighborhood. Zac B came over to help with my broken door spring. He reviewed my situation and we both agreed the $$ better spent on a whole door replace. The following day Zac arrived and got to work. He got it all done within a few hours work, and no issues. The new door runs great and glad not to have my Frankenstein 20yr old garage door!

I see your commercials all the time so when I had a garage door issue I immediately thought of you. It was easy to book, they came on a Saturday (same day) and the technician was super nice, helpful and quickly addressed and fixed the problem. I would absolutely contact Precision again.

The repair man showed up a our house and immediately started complaining the the garage door was old and he didn't work on old doors. He was quite surly about it. The door works and needs some adjustments. That's why I called them. Then they charged us for a service call. I don't need repairmen like that. It was a no star experience.

Have seen the commercials for Precision Door Service for some time and when we had need to have our garage door opener repaired, they immediately came to mind. Originally scheduled an appointment for the next morning but received a call informing us of an appointment that afternoon and gladly accepted. James arrived in a timely manner, explained everything he found and proposed repairing, with estimates, in a manner that was easily understood. Our garage door would close and then immediately reopen. It wasn't happening all of the time so I cleaned the sensor cameras and looked for anything else that could be blocking the path of the garage door. I missed something and couldn't get the door to function properly. We called Bill and he immediately scheduled a time early the next morning to come and check out the problem It turns out that a few loose cobwebs were blocking the sensor. Bill checked the garage door and sensors. Bill didn't charge us a dime for his time! Talk about customer service! He also gave us tips on other issues garage doors like ours can have which is always good to know. He is a wealth of information, friendly, professional and reliable.
