Excellent communication from scheduling to the technician who service my system. I appreciate the flexibility in availability for appointments. Technician who arrived was professional and quickly got to work reprogramming my remotes, providing replacements, and servicing my doors components. The price for services was a couple hundred dollars which may be out of reach of many- and although we could have done this ourselves it would have taken us far longer and we had lots of matters we were addressing re security a property. We appreciate that even for the expense the transaction was smooth and in the end worth it to save us some time and energy.

The team at Precision Door Service installed a new opener and fittings last year. They did a great job and we had a wonderful tech. I called this year to ensure that the new fittings were calibrated. They sent over a tech right away, and they adjusted my door as part of their warranty service. I couldn't be happier with the excellent service and how they honored their warranty services. We have been using Precision Garage Door Service for several years. They have always been prompt, professional & courteous. A recent Emergency where we were stuck/trapped in our Garage due to a broken Spring prompted our immediate call to them. They were so understanding & sympathetic to our having to leave in a few hours to pick up our Grandchildren that they sent someone out to first get us out of the Garage & then the Technician showed up about a half hour later & had the Door repaired in less than 30 mins. He was so quick, professional & checked out all the other parts to the Garage Door as well while here. We are so pleased with their response time & attention to detail while here. The spring on our garage door broke on a Saturday night. Precision Door Service was able to send someone out on Sunday to fix the issue. James called and said he could come earlier then the appointment time (if that worked for me) and when he arrived he made the whole process very easy. He was professional, provided me with all my options after inspection, and got our entire repair done quickly. Great customer service!

I recommend Precision Garage for servicing and replacing your garage door. Precision Garage installed new garage door springs for us in January 2025. Today, in a unrelated matter, the garage door opener track failed. The Operations manager immediately identified the fail point (due to incorrect installation of the garage door opener system by a different company). Precision fixed the issue, serviced the garage door springs and hinges and took the time to educate me on various operating matters. Grateful for their time and expertise.

Nick was extremely courteous and professional during the entire two hours he spent on the inspection and repair of my garage door. After his initial assessment of my door and it's working parts, he gave me a complete explanation of how all the parts work together and how after 35 years, each part had shown significant wear and tear. It was clear after his explanation that I needed to replace not just the broken spring, but also the rollers, cables, end bearings, and drums to guarantee the smooth operation of my door for 5 years (and hopefully much longer!). Besides being very patient with all my questions, Nick did this on Sunday morning as one of his normal work days. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service and Nick in particular, for any repair work on your garage door.

I have used Precision Door service for several years. Their response is always quick, even on weekends or holidays when garage door springs always seem to break. We have been lucky to have Zac, the technician, respond each time. He is courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The last time I called, it was because the garage door would not go down. Zac arrived the next day and immediately saw the problem and fixed it within minutes. As a previous customer there was no charge for the simple fix that he performed. They will always have our business. The next garage door will be from Precision Door Service.
