The work we did was a complete conversion and overhaul of your door, replacing a Wayne Dalton torquemaster system with a traditional torsion spring system.This will enable any certified garage door company and technician to service and maintain your door in the future. I've been a long term Precision Door Customer. I'm a long term Denver native and I was a customer at another prominent garage door company in Denver And although I wasn't outright getting ripped off, there was plenty of room for improvement in their products and service. Moving to Precision has been a complete success. Although my contact with Precision is infrequent, when I do have a problem they treat me like I'm their only customer. Couldn't be better.

We had a door failure and Precision set a time to inspect. There were several wear items, frayed cables, and broken spring which Zac clearly showed me. These items were overlooked by a previous technician with another company. There was a very real danger of a serious occurrence, and we are very thankful for Zac and his considerable expertise.
