I called Precision, as a satisfied repeat customer.....last service was 2011. I spoke with Candace, on Fri. Jan 15, 2021. Within an hour, Zac Bedard, responded and not only replaced a worn out 17 year old keypad outside of my garage door. He did a 25 pt safety inspection. It's been 10 years....Zac was able to show me a number of issues that needed preemptive action....no pressure....he replaced the worn parts....and tightened areas that had become loose over time. I totally recommend this establishment. Polite, Proficient, Professional. Many thanks.

We needed our key pad reset after someone had tampered with it. Bill suggested he could step me thru it on the phone, but after explaining I was unable to get on a ladder, Bill came out and fixed it for no charge. All of this on a busy cold day that found him also dealing with a break in on a company truck. Talk about great customer service! Looking for a company with integrity and people who really care? Look no further. Not only has our garage door operated flawlessly for over 10 years, but they have gone above and beyond to keep us that way. I will never give our business to anyone else as I know these guys are the best!

On a Sunday, I encountered a problem with my garage door opener. I was able to open the door but when I tried to close it, the door would lower about 3/4 of the way and then reopen. I called Precision Door Service and reported my problem. A technician named Donovan contacted me shortly afterwards and was able to walk me through fixing what turned out to be a simple issue over the phone. He was patient, professional and very nice. He was a huge help especially on a holiday weekend. I have used Precision Door many times over the years and the service has always been excellent!

My garage door opener had a catastrophic failure and Precision was able to get a tech out to me in less then 24 hours and replace it. Bobby (the tech) was extremely professional and quick. for something that would have taken me 8-10 hours on my own with multiple trips to the store he was able to complete the job and train me on additional set up within an hour and a half. My second dealing with Precision and I would use them again without hesitation.

Called in the morning with a garage door problem and Zac was out within a few hours. Needed to totally fix everything related to door. Didn’t have all parts available but said he would have them later in afternoon. Returned about 4:30 with parts and worked on door until 7:00 (on a Friday night). Zac was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Precision for garage door needs.

I choose Precision because of your chat service on the website. I was upset about my broken door , because both cars were in there . The person on the chat service took over and helped me to calm down. She gave me all the information I needed for the next morning. Zach the repairman was there when they said he would be. He took over and was very good at fixing my door. I should have another 20 years of service from it. Zach was very good at calming me down also, he had the job done very quickly. I was delighted with Precision Garage Door service. I had work done on my garage last year by another vendor who I had used in the past to replace belt. That is still working fine. The motor for my garage door had died a few days ago. When I called the other company, there was going to be a 2 week wait for servicing - way too long to wait for something like this. I found Precision via Google reviews and called. They were able to come out the same day, gave a 2 hour time frame (so much nicer than having a 4 hour time frame which seems to be the norm) and Donovan serviced everything. He took a look at everything in my garage door to make sure of the problem. As he didn't have the right size part, he checked with me to see if he could go to another job, pick up the right size part and come back which was fine with me. He was incredibly thorough and even recommended and installed a surge protector for the motor. I had to run out to do some errands and he left me a message to call him on his cell phone so he could walk me though the new motor, keypad, etc. When I got home, he was still there but I truly was so appreciative that he would have been happy to consult with me by cell phone even after he had left. Precision Garage door now has a lifelong new customer!
