5 Stars Your technician Bobby was great. He gave me an estimate that was very fair and done great work. He even took the time to check and lube and repair my other door while he was here. I would highly recommend Precision for anyone needing garage door repairs. I called them after hours at 8pm and they came the next morning by 9:30 to fix my spring. Very pleased with James and he did great job. Not happy with scheduling appointment. Given appointment for between 4 and 6. No one showed up and I called back at 6 to see if still coming and told they would check on and no one called me back and no one showed up. Since I didn't hear back the next morning I called back and was given another time and was told someone from management would get back with me on what happened. Never heard back from anyone. Did get the work done but not sure if I will use again. I know things happen but for someone not to contact me is not professional

Excellent and very prompt service. Called at 10:00 in the morning after calling two other garage door firms that could not come for three or four days. The Precision operator offered that a technician could come by noon. Donovan called first at 11:45; arrived just before noon and was finished before 1:00. Very pleased.

This is five star service. A garage door spring broke again and on the same side. I decided to call Precision this time and they got me on the schedule immediately. In fact, they where even able to arrive sooner than promised. James arrived and gave me an honest evaluation of my situation. I gave him the approval to proceed with the recommended work. I watched him do the whole job and I don't believe he made a single movement without a specific purpose. He definitely knew what he was doing. I am a handicapped senior and consequently am now able to repair this kind of situation myself. I would use Precision again and may even ask that James comes to do the work.

When my garage door was stuck yesterday, Tom from Precision arrived quickly and was very helpful. He quickly assessed the problem, gave me a good overall view of what was broken and what it would need to fix it. I expected it to take a while. Tom let me know what he actually found when he gor in there, gave me an estimate of the cost, and fixed it all. I was very impressed with how well it worked, how neatly he left the garage, and his good work.

Recommended. Called them at 9am Saturday morning. Technician (Bobby) arrived by 1:30pm same day. He inspected the door and gave me a short run down. A few upsell options were presented, but not pushy in any way. I felt more educated than anything. The repair was made and he was gone in under an hour. Easy, professional and efficient.
